Minnesota averaging 85 ppg their last 5 and dealing with a myriad of injuries. O/U is 11-18 at home on the season for them. Spurs missing 3 key components tonight with Duncan Parker and Leonard out.

I like the grizzlies here, they are playing really good basketball since the all star break, they only lose to the Heat on the road, Randolph is back and Liliard, Aldrige and Batum are playing but hurt.

line opened at 187 in my book and is now down to 184.5 with slight majority on over, I was lucky enough to get it earlier on this afternoon at 185.5.

-Under is 4-1 in Hornets last 5 road games

-Under is 4-0 in Nets last 4 home games

-Under is 5-1 in Nets last 6 games when their starting 5 players combine for more than 160 minutes on the previous day

 

Over 191.5 CLE Cavaliers - WAS Wizards

Seems like everything points to the under here but I think it there will be points scored today, even with Beal and Uncle Drew missing.Wall is gonna want to prove he is worth a max contract!

-Over is 5-0 in Cavaliers last 5 games vs. a team with a winning % below .400

-Over is 4-0 in Cavaliers last 4 vs. NBA Southeast

-Over is 8-3 in Cavaliers last 11 games following a ATS win

 

Over 195.5 MIN Timberwolves - SA Spurs

I still don't think SA will have any problems scoring, them being so deep, and taking out duncan and leonard will probably hurt them more on defense.Not much to support with trends.But SA does play more to the over on b2b, as well against under .500 teams.

I'm in class and won't have time to explain the picks before game starts sorry fellas.  Nets NO had been over way too many times consecutively. Expecting a score in the 160-170s.  Miami is terrible ATS when double digit favorites.  Don't be scared of the dog.

call me crazy but i like charlotte, feel this is too many points for a team thats already lost to charlotte this year and has struggled to win here in the past.. i think kemba either keeps this score within DD or celtics let a lead slip late celtics win by 7.

i also like the under, eryximaque's post convinced me and i also agree with creep that without SA's stars and minnesotas lack of scoring i see this as 100-88 spurs.

magic is a pure gut play as i feel somehow this lakers team will find a way to not blow out orlando and keep it close.. maybe ORL will hit 3's or dwight struggles with the crowd all over him.. but just get feeling lakers win by 5 and keep it closer than it should have been.. as we know lakers haven't been ATS juggernauts, and hard to cover DD on the road..

No Kyrie, And I think the Wizards are just the better team... Washington is 6th in the league with points allowed where the Cavs are 24th... The Wiz are 7th in the league with rebounds while the Cavs are 24th...

And most importantly the line movement all but indicates that the Wizards are the play...

I've been cold as ice so lets hope I hit a homerun with this one.

Reasoning

Boston has been playing very sound basketball lately and should dispose of the worst team in the league easily.  Charlotte lets team shoot about 10% higher than what they typically do and Boston has opponents shooting about 5% lower than what they usually do.  That stat alone should translate to a double digit win for the Celtics. 

Last time SA played Minnesota they didn't have Ginobli and Duncan and they won by 10 points.  Tonight they don't have Duncan and Parker, but Minnesota doesn't have Pekovic.  The Spurs should have their way down low and Pop will exploit the T-Wolves in the paint.  Looking for another blowout by a sound team playing an injured squad.

Blazers are 10-2 ats at home against team above .500.  Blazers are 6-1 ats versus Memphis over the last three season.

After defeating the Pacers, i expect the Heat to play lackadaisically against a Hawks team that they had already beaten 3 times this season.  Miami wins but Hawks cover.

No Parker, No Duncan, No Leonard...and the line didn't move...it could only mean one thing...Spurs second unit can and will bury the injury-plagued wolves team.

Bottom line is this. The Hornets statistically are the best road team ATS this season and the Nets are actually one of the worse ATS at home. Recently the nets have been doing alot better and look to be trying to get into playoff form but I'm not buying it. The Nets are far to inconsistent and will fade them in this spot.

couldn't agree more! was on the 76ers yesterday and will follow suit on hornets today, nets are completely overrated and on a B2B
