My best bet
Trae Young double-double (-140 at bet365)
My analysis
Trae Young’s assists line was set at 9.5 for -140 odds, and I was happy to take it despite the shorter-than-usual odds. That line quickly moved to 10.5 for plus-money odds, but Young’s double-double prop is still available for -140, which is where I’ll turn my attention.
The Atlanta Hawks point guard leads the league in assists with a career-best 11.4 per game. I expect him to rack up double-digit assists tonight. He’s scored at least 10 points in 47 of 49 games, so I’m certainly not concerned with him reaching the necessary point total.
Young has averaged 11.8 assists per game on the road and 11.6 against the Southeast Division. Tonight’s road divisional matchup is set up nicely for him to record another double-double, as he’s reached that milestone in 16 of 26 games outside of State Farm Arena, good for 61.5% of his appearances. He’s done so in four of his last six overall.
On the season, the Orlando Magic have allowed opposing PGs to average 24.2 points and eight assists. The Magic’s defense has been strong for most of the season, but the team has faltered in recent weeks, falling from a Top-3 unit to 14th in defensive rating. This is not a scary matchup for Young.
Dating back to the 2022-23 campaign, Young has recorded a double-double in five of his last eight against the Magic. That includes two of four on the road.
Young comfortably leads his team in points and assists. With Jalen Johnson out for the season and the Hawks’ roster short-handed after the trade deadline, it will be up to Young to do it all for his team as usual. Expect him to cash this prop as the Hawks look for their fourth win in five games.

Orlando has hit the Under 32 times this season, second-most in the Association. Over the last 10 games, the Hawks rank 10th in defensive rating, and the Magic rank 14th. Atlanta ranks 27th in offensive rating, and Orlando's dead last in that span.
Both teams are playing well on defense and poorly on offense, and this one is set up nicely to hit the Under. The teams hit the Under in three of four games last season.
Franz Wagner has been on a roll over the last two weeks, averaging 27 points per game across his last seven. He’s had to pick up the slack for Paolo Banchero, who has averaged just 17.6 points on putrid 39/55/12 shooting splits in that span.
Wagner’s points line is set at 25.5 for -110 odds, but I like it slightly better at 24.5 for -140 odds as a safer leg in this parlay. Wagner has scored at least 25 points in 18 of 34 games this season.
