After just one NBA game last night, we've got a whopping 12 games on the hardwood this Friday which means hundreds of NBA player props to consider. I dig into the matchups to find you some of the best NBA picks, and tonight, I'm betting on Brandon Ingram to carry the scoring load for a depleted Pelicans squad.

I'm also backing Hawks rookie Alexandre Sarr while fading Raptors point guard Davion Mitchell.

NBA player props for November 15

Prop bet #1: Alexandre Sarr Over 1.5 blocks

-165 at bet365

Rookie Alexandre Sarr is still trying to find his footing in the NBA, but he has been consistent in one area: blocking shots. The 7-footer is averaging 2.3 blocks per game and has swatted away at least two shots in eight of 10 contests this year.

Today, Sarr and the Washington Wizards host the Atlanta Hawks. Both teams play at a blazing-fast pace, ranking second and fourth in the league in pace, which will mean plenty of possessions.

The Hawks also attack the rim at the third-highest frequency in the NBA, per ShotQuality Bets, which should result in more shot-blocking opportunities for Sarr.

Prop bet #2: Davion Mitchell Under 10.5 points

-115 at bet365

With Immanuel Quickley and Scottie Barnes sidelined, Davion Mitchell has become the Toronto Raptors' top ball-handler, but that hasn't led to many field goal attempts or points. Mitchell hasn't scored more than seven points in his last three games, and he's coming off a contest where he scored just a single point on two field goal attempts in 33 minutes.

Today, Mitchell will be facing a Detroit Pistons squad that's been surprisingly competitive this year.

The Pistons were 25th in the league in opponent effective field goal percentage (55.8%) and defensive efficiency last year, but they've embraced the defensive philosophy of new head coach J. B. Bickerstaff.

They're eighth in the league in opponent EFG% (53%) this season while ranking 11th in defensive rating. The Pistons also play at the sixth-slowest pace in the NBA, which will lead to even fewer scoring opportunities for Mitchell.

Prop bet #3: Brandon Ingram Over 24.5 points

-115 at bet365

Brandon Ingram was limited to 18 points on 7-18 shooting in Oklahoma City on Wednesday but that was against the league's best defensive team in the Thunder.

He should find it much easier to get buckets at home against a Denver Nuggets squad that ranks 19th in the league in defensive rating and plays at the sixth-fastest pace. The Nuggets have allowed a whopping 121.1 ppg over their last eight games despite facing several terrible teams like the Raptors (twice) and Jazz.

To nobody's surprise, Zion Williamson is once again sidelined by an injury, and guards CJ McCollum and Dejounte Murray remain out. That will mean a sky-high usage rate and a ton of shots for Ingram, who's averaging 22.5 ppg on 19.2 shots per game.
