For a Toronto Raptors organization rebuilding on the fly, three straight home wins is a real sign of progress — and they’ll look to extend that run tonight against the Indiana Pacers.

In another nail-biter, Toronto hung on for a 119-116 victory over the Miami Heat on Sunday, and my Raptors vs. Pacers predictions are dialed in on the hosts’ good form here.

Check out my NBA picks for this December 3 battle.

Raptors vs Pacers prediction

My Raptors pick
Raptors moneyline (+120 at PointsBet Canada)

My analysis
The Toronto Raptors are 6-2 ATS in their last eight contests and they haven't lost at home since November 15, while the Indiana Pacers are just 1-8-1 ATS in their past 10 games while slipping to 9-12 overall.

It’s tough to trust the out-of-sorts Pacers on the road here. They’re coming off a pair of dispiriting losses — getting blown out by the Memphis Grizzlies after laying an egg at home to the Detroit Pistons on Friday.

Any offense with Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam is going to put up points. Still, Indiana’s defensive limitations have been glaring over the past week, even with Andrew Nembhard back on the court. There aren’t many easy fixes for a defense that’s allowing the fourth most points per game in the league.

Even if Gradey Dick returns from a calf injury, the Raptors likely won’t match Memphis’ 136 points on 53% shooting against the Pacers. Still, the hosts have enough firepower to win another high-scoring thriller tonight. Back Toronto as a live home underdog.

Raptors vs Pacers same-game parlay

Raptors moneyline

Jakob Poeltl Over 11.5 rebounds

Bennedict Mathurin Over 1.5 threes

I’m grabbing the Over on Jakob Poeltl's rebounds prop for my SGP, with a fast, helter-skelter contest likely to mean extra opportunities on the boards. He continues to thrive with more responsibility and he’s coming off a pair of double-doubles against the Heat last week.

Poeltl is averaging 11.9 rpg this season, and he pulled down 12 or more boards seven times in November, including a 30-point, 15-board night against this Indiana team, which could be overmatched on the glass again tonight. The Raptors are still thin on frontcourt depth themselves, so Poeltl has a pathway to 35+ minutes.

I’m also taking Canada’s own Bennedict Mathurin to heat up from downtown. He’s knocked down with two or more triples in each of his last three games, and the open looks should be there for him as the Toronto defense tries to cut off Haliburton’s drives.

Mathurin has attempted five or more 3-pointers in five of his past eight outings, and he boasts a 43% mark from beyond the arc this year.

Raptors vs Pacers spread and Over/Under analysis

  • The Pacers are surprise favorites here after failing to cover the spread in eight straight contests, and they’re just 2-9 on their travels this year.
  • The Over has been a winning ticket in 31 of Indiana’s last 43 games, including a 15-6 mark this season.
  • The past five meetings between these teams have all reached the Over, pushing the total line up to 238.5 tonight.
  • Toronto has cashed in the 4Q Over in 17 of its past 23 home contests, but the hosts have fallen short of the 100-point mark in two of its three NBA Cup group games.
