The Portland Trail Blazers are the hottest team in the NBA right now, and there’s no reason to think they’ll cool off tonight.
The Blazers are 9-1 straight up across their last 10, and the team has covered the spread in 11 straight.
This season, Portland has won and covered in two of three against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Portland is 5-3 straight up and 7-1 ATS across its last eight road games. The Blazers sport a healthy 14-9-1 record ATS this season, good for fifth-best in the Association.
Portland is 13-9-1 as road underdogs, good for 10th-best.
At 7-18-1, Minnesota sports the worst ATS record at home this season. The Wolves are just 6-17 ATS as home favorites, and the team is 16-19 against Western Conference foes.
Portland is 10-7 ATS as six-point dogs, and given how hot they’ve been over the last three weeks, I expect them to keep this one close in Minnesota. These teams are familiar with one another, which should make this a competitive affair.
