Another day and more pandemonium among college basketball picks at the NCAA Tournament, with the 13th-seeded Yale Bulldogs busting brackets by dispatching Auburn, while San Diego State played escape artist to squeak into Round 2.

What does the weekend have in store? After scanning the Saturday scene, a bevy of March Madness props caught my attention on Day 3.

March Madness player props for March 22

Prop bet #1: Golden boy

Jack Gohlke will forever go down in NCAA Tournament lore for the performance of a lifetime in an 80-76 upset of the 3rd-seeded Kentucky Wildcats.

The senior guard finished with a game-high and career-best 32 points, with each of his 20 field goal attempts coming from beyond the arc, connecting on an unreal 10 triples.

It feels like the books might not be attuned to Gohlke’s shooting prowess, setting his line at 3.5 from downtown as Oakland takes on 11-seed NC State, another upset artist, bouncing sixth-seeded Texas Tech.

Gohlke is straight up a long-distance assassin: of the 355 field goals he attempted on the year, 327 of them came from distance, hitting at a 37.8% clip.

Over his last 11 games, he’s drilled at least four 3-pointers seven times, with a couple of 10-make and seven-make games.

The Wolfpack’s 3-point defense ranks a distant 280th in the NCAA, but they did hold the Red Raiders to a 7-for-31 mark from distance in Round 1.

Still, I think Gohlke gets plenty of opportunities to fire away on Saturday.

Jack Gohlke prop: Over 3.5 threes (-145 at DraftKings)

Prop bet #2: Maydae, Maydae

One of the first teams to get the upsets started at the dance, the 11th-seeded Duquesne Dukes felled the BYU Cougars 71-67.

Front and center in that one was guard Dae Dae Grant, who led the team in scoring with 19 points and three rebounds, including three 3-pointers.

He leads the team in scoring at 16.7 points per game, and he’ll lead the attack Saturday against the Illinois Illini, who just clubbed Morehead State 85-69.

Grant has been hot and cold over his last seven games. Since beating VCU on March 5 and scoring 26, he’s averaging 22.5 every other game.

But those in-between games – which would be on the docket against Illinois – he’s averaging just 10 per contest, which falls way Under his 16.5 points total.

It’s a tough matchup against an Illini side that’s won five straight. Look for Gran to stay to his current yo-yo script.

Dae Dae Grant prop: Under 16.5 points (-115 at DraftKings)

Prop bet #3: Connecting from deep

While Gohlke kicked the door into the party, many were already touting the play of Tennessee guard Dalton Knecht.

The SEC’s leading scorer at 21.2 points per game, Knecht shot 46.7% from the field and a crisp 40.1% from 3-point range for the Volunteers during the regular season.

The senior didn’t disappoint in Round 1, pouring in 23 points and eight rebounds as the Volunteers dumped Saint Peter’s 83-49.

Knecht connected four times from distance on eight attempts, and it seems like a makeable 2.5 line from deep Saturday, as the Vols battle the 7th-seeded Texas Longhorns.

Knecht has drilled at least three moneyballs in six of his last eight appearances, missing out on a seventh by just one triple.

The Longhorns advanced into Round 2 with a 56-44 blanket job over the Colorado State Rams, holding them to 29.3% shooting from the field, and a miserable 6-for-24 mark from deep.

However, defending the arc is usually not a Texas strength, as they allowed teams to shoot 34.5% 3-point range, a figure just inside the Top 270.

As their competition level rises, against the top team in the SEC, I like Knecht staying hot at the NCAA Tournament.

Dalton Knecht prop: Over 2.5 threes (-125 at DraftKings)
