There are plenty of playoff implications on the line for the Week 14 matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium on Sunday, December 8.

Buffalo takes a seven-game winning streak and is eyeing the top seed in the AFC, while Los Angeles is battling for top spot in the NFC West Division and looking to snap a two-game losing streak at home.

Our top Bills vs. Rams same-game parlay and NFL picks call for Buffalo to prove to be too much for Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon.

Bills vs Rams same-game parlay for Week 14

Buffalo -4.5

Under 49.5

Tyler Bass Over 1.5 field goals made

  • Buffalo -4.5
  • Under 49.5
  • Tyler Bass Over 1.5 field goals made

The Buffalo Bills have covered the number in 14 of their past 22 games, and simply put, they’re better than the Los Angeles Rams on both sides of the ball.

Buffalo also has a huge edge in quarterback play. Bills QB Josh Allen has thrown for a higher yard per attempt and adjusted completion percentage than Rams QB Matthew Stafford, and Allen also leads the NFL in adjusted EPA per play, with Stafford checking out at a middling 19th.

I also value the efficiency of the Buffalo offense. The Bills have scored on 49.2% of their drives and turned 66.7% of red-zone trips into touchdowns. Those ratios respectively rank second and fourth in the league, while Los Angeles is 20th in both.

On the flip side, the Rams allow the fifth-highest percentage of drives (45.5%) to result in points, while the Bills allow the eighth-least at just 33.1%.

Turning to the total, while the Bills are on an active 5-1-1 run to the Over, this is also tied for their highest number of the season. They went Under 49.5 in Week 2, and Los Angeles has also gone Under the number in all four of its games with a total of 49 or higher this year.

This is also an old-school tough spot for the Bills after playing the Sunday Night Football game in Week 13 and traveling to the West Coast for a road game Sunday.

Los Angeles has also surrendered a league-high 11 field goals during the noted four-game run, and Bills kicker Tyler Bass has connected on two or more kicks in six of 12 games.

Of course, the big draw here is that the weather forecast and kicking conditions at SoFi Stadium on Sunday will be far more favorable than Bass has faced in his past two home games at Highmark Stadium.
