If you truely believe your life is under threat , ie, under no circumstances you can get out of the situation alive unless you take that action.

But obviously avoid it all you can if possible

So the commandment that says we shall not kill is not absolute.

What is also interesting is that SJD said the laws of the OT (example: kill homosexuals) was only for the people living at that time.  SJD was very firm about that.  He made the General giving orders analogy, and said those commands aren't for us.  And now you are using those "commands" saying that they apply to today.  Will you do anything to back your argument, Rostos?  

Essentially, it comes down to this:  Either we should listen to the OT "commands" and kill homosexuals or "thou shall not kill" is not absolute...

So which is it?

It is very interesting.  They have been twisting words around since the beggining.  There are only two possible reasons for this.  Either they are morons, or they are doing it on purpose and they're being dicks.  I'm not sure which is worse, but both are equally sad.

So just to clarify, SJD, you think that the fact that a nuclear war wouldn't bother him somehow has something to do with the fact that he thinks homosexuals shouldn't be persecuted. Your god would be ashamed.

Govt laws ALSO say do not murder, but if you can prove that it was in self defense, then you will not be charged with murder.

There are many laws of the commandments that overlap with govt laws, dare i say the govt laws evolved from the 10 commandments.

The beauty with God is, you dont need a lawyer, you dont need to prove anything to him, you can say what you want, he knows deep down in your heart and all your thoughts. So while you can be on here bull Shi###ing left right and centre to all of us, that doesnt wash down with God......
