Judge denies indicted crime boss detailed personal information on the jurors in his rape/defamation trial

NEW YORK (Reuters) -

Donald Trump will not learn the identities of jurors expected to
decide at an upcoming civil trial whether the former president
defamed the writer E. Jean Carroll, who also claims Trump raped her.

  U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan on Friday
rejected Trump's renewed effort to require that prospective jurors
provide their names, employment and 38 other pieces of information
on written questionnaires.

Former top national security officials have told prosecutors
and testified to a federal grand jury that they repeatedly
told former President Donald Trump and his allies that the
government didn’t have the authority to seize voting machines
after the 2020 election.

Inside the Trump White House after the 2020 election,
Trump's push to seize voting machines eventually led to
executive orders being drafted in mid-December of that year,
directing the military and DHS to carry out the task
despite Wolf and Cuccinelli telling Trump and his allies
their agency did not have the authority to do so.

Those orders, which repeated debunked claims about voting
system irregularities in Michigan and Georgia, were presented
to Trump by his former national security adviser Michael Flynn
and then-lawyer Sidney Powell during a now-infamous
Oval Office meeting on December 18.

Details about the secret grand jury testimony and closed-door
interviews, neither of which have been previously reported,
illustrate how special counsel Smith and his prosecutors are
looking at the various ways Trump tried to overturn his loss
despite his top officials advising him against the ideas.

With crime bosses like Trump and others before him, if they knew beforehand then intimidation would be their defensive weapon of choice.  Although they could look for the Trump voters among them and try influence or even disguised bribery.  They only need one to force a hung jury.  

But a mistrial is probable to happen anyway without the added influencing or intimidation.  You will see.

true but many say while that is a crime by itself   it is also a crime to cover up a story or supress a story relevent to the election prior to the general vote
