However, Judge John Pickering was removed because of his dementia and being intoxicated while on the bench causing him to make incorrect judgments. He did not commit a crime.

I'd love to see witnesses. Prediction - dems only want their relative witnesses. They have to protect Biden and Schiff, Right? Why doesn't

and beliefs versus the truth. If we call John Bolten, call Adam Schiff ( Would rather call him and put him oath than Hunter). That asswipe

Question to Romney, Collins, & Murkowski: if John Bolton had evidence of an actual quid pro quo or impeachable offense, why didn’t he immediately report it to Congress or criminal authorities or ethics officials; or why didn’t go public immediately with a press conference?

Back in 2000 while CEO of Columbia/HCA Healthcare Scott took the 5th Amendment 75 times during a deposition regarding his company's medicare fraud which was the largest ever at that time.

It's amazing how we continue to put crooks into responsible positions while they should be sitting in jail.

Earlier we were talking about the myth that we have "equal justice" for all. I'd be surprised if 15-20% actually believe it. 

Midnite, I stated in an earlier post about the nepotism and went on to say that the kids are simply part of the system, We do agree

            there. Adam schiff is the one who got this ball rolling with the heresay (You call him a whistleblower) I personally believe a

           whistleblower can only be first-hand knowledge.How do you stand on that? Wouldn't you want to put the initiater on the stand

          to get the truth of how he learned of this damaging phone call? Get his ass under oath and he will either commit perjury or

          take the fifth. Remember his "parody" ( Well his lie). Why would you NOT want Schiff to testify? He cannot justify his lies

          under oath. Again, I'd love to see bolton testify but why would the Dems? Everyone knows Trump is not going to be removed.

          By keeping Bolton out would simply justify the "cover-up" theory that will be shoved down our throats til November. Not one

         time did I say call Hunter. The defense is trying to establish that the whole phone call was about corruption and the Biden's

        were part of it, proving their motive to withhold aid. (Doesn't matter how you and I see it which is obviously on opposite sides.

         You make my point on my previous post. Get it all out, not just the parts that suit YOUR beliefs. Tx man.

I think Mark is right midnight. Bring on Bolton. Then. Let's put a face on the whistleblower under oath along with Schiff. The witness count as of now. 17 for the Dems. 0 for the Republicans.

Patriots pounding the phone lines of Susan Collins.  I could not get through. I wanted to give Collins the scorecard of witnesses. 17 for the Dems  to 0 for the Republicans.

I'm good with calling all the witnesses necessary. I don't think Hunter Biden is necessary but I'm cool with him answering questions. I'm also cool with the whistleblower testifying. If he didn't blow the whistle, we would never have known about Trump's scheme to extort Zelensky and as he always does, Trump then tried to obstruct justice by stopping people from testifying. 

I'm also still not confident that we will see witnesses. Trump/Moscow Mitch will apply pressure on many of the spineless GOP & that phony Dem Joe Manchin from West Virginia. 

“Everything I do during this, I’m coordinating with the White House counsel,” he said. “There will be no difference between the president’s position and our position as to how to handle this.” This is from Moscow Mitch who is admitting the oath he took means nothing.

I'm cleaning off my pitchfork and putting new oil in my torches. 

The witness vote drama may be over in a hurry because Lamar Alexander will be the first to vote. His vote will tell us the answer. 

I don't think we are going to have any "gotcha" moments because each side has shared their questions with the House Managers and Trump's defense team.

Trump didn't withhold aid from the Ukraine in 2017 & 2018. So he didn't care about Ukraine corruption until it was shown Biden was beating him in the polls
