01/29/2020..The World Health Organization (WHO) admitted that it has made a mistake in its risk assessment report of the current status of the novel coronavirus. According to the agency, the risk level of the disease is much higher than what was stated in the report.
Despite the current risk status of the coronavirus, WHO still refuses to declare the disease as a public health emergency of international concern. This designation is usually used for severe outbreaks that call for a unified global action.

The WHO has been an absolute disgrace from the start, and has been too concerned with alienating China , rather than protecting the world at large. Great Job, WHO. In large, they have acted more like a reporting agency, then a medical body that should be providing direction for countries for when an outbreak concerns. Trump just today said he would review our funding for the WHO ! Good for him. Time to defund ALL U.S. money to the WHO.

That's a tough one... the social scientist deals in the field of sociology...collective behavior and crime and delinquency etc..etc.and the real estate developer oversee's the purchase of existing or undeveloped residential, commercial or industrial real estate, makes improvements to any buildings on it or construct new buildings, and sell or lease the improved land or buildings for profit.
This is a close call,but I'll take the real estate developer on this one...more practical experience..
Back when Jeff Sessions was the AG & he named Special Counsel Mueller, Trump was berating him like he has a tendency to do in front of Don McGahn, Jody Hunt and Pence.
It was Pastor Pence who stopped the verbal barrage by Trump & asked the other gentlemen to leave the room because Sessions was visibly shaken. This was the meeting where Trump said "Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my presidency." Trump knew what he done during the election & thought his goose was cooked.
I'm not a fan of Pastor Pence because of his beliefs but on that day he showed some balls in preventing further abuse of Sessions.

Ivanka and Jared's security clearance has been an on-going issue. Ivanka went to Daddy twice behind General Kelly's back to complain. When that didn't work, she went to WH lawyer Don McGahn for help. In March Tillerson traveled to Africa so he could meet face to face with leaders. While in Kenya, Kelly contacted Tillerson & told him to get back home because Trump was going to fire him. Kelly believes Nikki Haley & McMaster ganged up on Tillerson & told Trump bullshit about his performance.
Tillerson arrived home but it was too late. Trump fired him via a tweet.

Yes,over the other choice you offered ..which was a social scientist...like the famous social scientist Karl Marx ...who theorized that “the nature of individuals depends on the material conditions determining their production.” He also helped write the manifesto with Friedrich Engels....so a social scientist would prescribed a "Rx" by the elements of human behavior..and social relationships between individuals and societies,......I'll stick with the real estate developer over a social scientist.
