If the purpose of a message is to intentionally antagonize and provoke it will not end well.
There is a difference between common political posters to agree with each other, but if it is going to be done to retaliate something that annoys, that is breaking the rules.

When betting sports I use the eye test and then look for trends. Same with politics. I see an obvious trend when a democrat in office critcizes the open border.

Should I lessen my voracious nature to be inquisitive so that others can happily and merrily go round ? They are not making retaliatory posts because of something that your side does which annoys, and in the process openly states that is the intention. Are you annoyed with the back pats and agreeing that they do regularly? Yes...it is obvious as are many on your side. The problem is that is not a message or thread done in retaliation of something that YOU are doing first, as a means of annoying and poking you.
If the intention of a message is to break the rules, what do you think is likely to happen? Good things? When you guys openly state that the purpose of a message is done to retaliate, be combative and is not adding value you are not following the terms that we ask of all members and it has zero to do with a partisan issue. One thing is consistent, your side always runs to play the partisan card when you are asked to not break the rules instead of just being respectful and avoid the situation. The correlation you are complaining about has more to do with the combative nature that your side has than what party it is. Why dont the GOP side just quit interacting with anyone who does not 100% agree with you? I think the problem here is I post my political opinions and often back them with links and facts. It is my belief, based on your thumbs up numbers, you then receive several whining complaints that I actually responded to a post. How dare I have a voice. I don't call people names nor do I expressly post to agitate. Do not end my posts with dimenta Joe or sleepy Joe or extremists, mental cases, whatever. i.e. "rump lickers" "chump worshippers"
