REASON: Indy has a high powered offense that is going up against a defense that gets no respect because the offense scores so much.

The saints D will be out to prove that they CAN SHUT DOWN one of the best currently playing the game against Peyton.

Caveat: Indy has a better D on paper but I think the offense of the Saints will mitigate that enough to make up for it and the D will show up and confuse Peyton by emulating the other NFL DEF packages that he is known to have trouble with.

Does not mean I am right and I am not copping a plea I played Saints+5.

SO IF THE C GAME PUSHES THEN THE SERIES IS A LOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  YOU ARE STILL DOWN $5600 now multiply this by the 7 or 8 pushes a year and you are down either $39200 or 44800.  I use 1000 a unit for effect.  
So if you get $1000 per series and your system has 1 loss and 8 pushes you r in an even worse position because you lose the C-bet money as well which would be an additional series loss of $6600 1700+3400+500(profit bet)+5600+(1000 to make up the last 500 profit bet that lost + 500) for a grand total of 11200 Just for THAT SERIES+39200 or 44800 depending on 7 or 8 pushes.

This is a total of 11200+39200 or at worst + 44800=$50400 or $56000

Just because I posted a thread about the Saints and they won does not necessarily imply that my logic is why they won. I could have just been lucky in my perception of things.

My point is that unless you use a system that is know to work on a consistent basis, all of this flaming/bashing/TOUTING (It is what it is) is useless!

The problem I have is A: The ONLY team that the Pats have beaten on the road this year is the Tampa Bay Bucs.

No I don't want to hear about the Indy game because if Brady had made it you would all think Belichick a genius albeit lucky.

The bottom line is when it mattered on the road against a Top Tier team (Indy that is decimated on defense with injuries and Pop Warner Play at times.) the Pats could not get 1 yard, nor could they stop Indy from scoring.

That one play exposed the N.E. offense on the road and the subsequent plays exposed the defense.

Saints win by 1 yard.    GL to all     

@ renroh123.  You bring up some valid points HOWEVER According to your own numbers the Pats have faced 4 teams with a defensive ranking under 20 and they are 2-3 v.s. them.  indy/nyj (2x)/den/bal. Furthermore the only team the Pats have beaten this year on the road is Tampa Bay.
The Saints have beaten everyone they faced and are 5-0 v.s. teams with a defensive ranking of 20 or lower.

As this game is a pick or -1 I can't see even by your numbers an advantage for N.E. here.

I find your method interesting but I am not sure how you account for the variables.
 N.O. will be up for this game.
If their opponent was a lower tier opponent then maybe it could be a trap.
In my humble opinion those numbers mean nothing as they can be read both ways.
Again I am not bashing your method I just don't see why it works, as it appears to be all as to how you read the results.

I know of a guy that uses a progressive system and he had only one loss in baseball last year and he has not lost in the nfl in 3 years. Same with NBA.
