Any thought on Croatia over Morocco for the 3rd place game? One extra day's rest might be very meaningful when the game is on Saturday. It means Croatia gets 3 full days while Morocco only gets 2. I think historically, the team with more rest does better in the 3rd place game. |

Both teams have new players but the Lakers have virtually no continuity from last year. EVERYBODY is gone except LeBron and Kuzma. And Kuzma is hurt. And LeBron loafs during the beginning of the season.
Clippers have new faces obviously. But they have a lot of returning players which will make their D a little more cohesive. |

I was at circa last week. I'm normally a $100 bettor and they said the cap is $2k for college football on sunday when the lines come out. |

Michigan lost by 30 to Wisconsin. Trailed by 20 to Penn State. Their secondary is trash. Their coach calls a horrible game. ND has some weapons on Offense and Defense. Anyone liking Michigan is stubbornly hanging on to the preseason hype machine. |

Michigan is 4-2 with sizable deficits to Wisky and Penn State. Their secondary looked awful against Penn State's offense. The front 7 looked terrible against Wisky.
ND played Georgia very close and beat a good (not great USC) team easily (up 10 with less than 2 left).
Why wouldnt ND ML be a lock? |

Why is the totals number falling so much? Kawhi is like a DPOY. Meanwhile Houston still sucks on defense.
And if Houston blowouts SA, the games tend to go over?!

Celtics @ Wizards: Game 4!!! A History of Hate and some dental work that matters!

Don't agree about the hate as, hate or not, whatever the Politburo from Malaysia has ordered - will happen. No? Explosions close to the bus are coming :). Ask Dortmundians. Will the Wizards win this game and cover? I don't know. The story about the toothless being released now raises some questions with paranoid minds as mine. Why now? Why the line stays put? It was a very strange Friday to be followed by even stranger Saturday. What do I mean? USA loses in hockey to Germany. Finland hardly beats Belarus. Tottenham loses to West Ham and few more crazy soccer results in lower echelons occur while teams to be promoted losing a chance for promotion by dropping all 3 points at home to a non teams. Then comes that Houston drop the bomb game where Harden for the second game in a row does everything to tank the game while Beverley is playing the role of a madman. Then come the Predators who absolutely dominate the Blues and still manage to drop the game. In Malaysia someone just bought the new Ferrari. He did not even have to leave the home. He bought it online... I respect Scal and value his opinions. But this was fu*king hysterical.

Hell, when even fans and announcers are unconfident, you should be too. They watch all 82. Winston, That's a good post. 0-4 ATS at these levels. This is a different animal. The Raps simply can't beat this Cavs team and haven't been remotely competitive. The Raptors weren't competitive after G1 and G2 last year in the eastern conf finals getting blown out by 30 and 19 either. Here's the thing -- there's a reason why the 80% threshold only happens 4 times. Because Vegas moves the lines.

Let's put this baby to bed once and for all: A fixed game nobody recalls or talks about-GS v Lakers

Huh. I've never heard any of the Celtic players complain about the officiating of 2010 Game 7. Unlike Sacramento in G6 back in 2002 for instance. Perhaps because they know the calls were fair and people are just whining. Really, why would the NBA care whether the Lakers or Celtics win G7? Why would refs care? There's truly nothing to gain from rigging that match. And if refs were so bold as to rig G7 -- something which players would know first and foremost - why didn't more Celtic players complain? The most important game in their lives and supposedly the refs just stole it from them? And they don't care enough to raise a stink? Guys like KG who doesn't give a f*ck what others think? Who has enough moolah to absorb the fine? https://nesn.com/2010/09/paul-pierce-kevin-garnett-among-celtics-using-game-7-finals-loss-as-motivation/ Not once do you hear these guys blame refs.

Last year, Cleveland won G1 and G2 by 30 and 19.
Toronto destroyed Cleveland in G3 by 15. It'll be difficult for Cleveland to match Toronto's energy. I figure they'll save it for G4 and then close it out in Cleveland in 5.

But as bettors, who cares if games are rigged. In fact, I'd prefer that games are rigged. Because if you can predict how they're rigged you're more likely to win.

And Blake goes to the line because Curry blocks Blake - thus impeding his path. Look how Blake falls back a few steps. By comparison, look at this call against Patty Mills trying to fight thru the screen in G2. https://streamable.com/g7xaw That's a bad call by the refs. But considering the Spurs won by 25, I don't the refs were biased AGAINST the Spurs that game.

I love bettors like you. Washington was one last second shot away the series being 1-1. Suddenly they suck. Now they'll be at home in a game that Boston could afford to lose. I really hope there's more people like you taking Boston.
