It doesn't matter where the game is played. Its men against boys. Those putrid Bills would beat Alabama easily. Yes EASILY |

This is nowhere close to being play of the year material. Steelers just played a really physical game against Baltimore and are on a short week playing a good team on a winning streak of their own. There's also the Jags on deck which is a rematch for last years elimination. Look i'm not saying Steelers won't win but play of the year? c'mon man |

Two weeks ago I mentioned in Claw's thread that the Texans were the team to beat
in NFL Betting This sounds more like a PM rather than a thread. Are they x-ray glasses? |

I'm just asking if you chose the Saints solely based on the revenge factor or if you did some number crunching. Not asking you to do my homework.Just a question. Don't be a dick |

Its certainly an angle for betting the Saints! Have you looked into the numbers too? BOL |

Claw, I want to point out that controversy in the locker room is not a good thing. By default players want to win even when they play for bad teams. Distractions are detrimental to team chemistry. |

I like the rule change. In a league where points are being scored at an all time high getting rid of the gimme XP is acceptable |

The Jags were supposed to bounce back against Houston and yet managed to look even worse. With the defence underperforming and Bortles being Bortles it makes trusting the Jags difficult. I wouldn't put money on them until they right the ship |

Apparently management won't grant him his wish for a trade so its a mute point. Unerstandable he wants to go to a contender as he nears the end of his career and wants to win |

How in the hell can Schumer justify going for 2 when if he fails, he would be in this same exact spot again? Does this clown not know that an extra point is converted 95 % of the time and a 2 point conversion about 30 %??? Does he not know the math, that a touchdown gets them 7 points down and a miss means they are down 8??? You mean Vrabel made the most ridiculous 2 point ATTEMPT you ever seen(doubt it) and then justify it by saying he was trying to win the game. Well whats so ridiculous about trying to win the game? especially with the trouble they've been having scoring... Schurmer going for 2 being 14 points down was just plain dumb. Its one thing to do that when you're in a situation like Vrabel with the game on the line against a superior team but 14 points down you go for 2 on your 2nd TD |

I expect this game to be very close in a low scoring affair. That being said i'm taking the points. In Houston I see a team with one of the worst QB in the league, a dinged up RB, and a star WR thats had his worst output against Oak.I think there's great value in getting 3.5 points

Both teams have dismal situations at QB and you'd have to think neither team is getting through NE.I'm seeing this as a low scoring 14-13 type game where Houston comes out on top .Osweiler has more experience and Houston plays much better at home. Whereas Cook making his first start is on the road for a playoff game. That's a tall order to fill. That being said,Cook is an unknown and that in itself is appealing! With Osweiler you figure you're getting 1 TD maybe? Oakland is still a good team and have playmakers, if Cook can limit his turnovers the Raiders have a great chance to steal this game.

I heard back in 72' the NFL wanted the Steelers to win the superbowl,so they worked all season behind closed doors to practice the immaculate reception. Bradshaw that dirty rascal didn't disappoint.
