He and those Isles teams and the impact they had have been too quickly forgotten, sadly ... What a solid, tough as nails guy he was... |

A league 99.9999999% vaccinated - as they proclaim - yet ALLLLLLL these cancellations from players testing positive. It's sad how fucking blind people are and how naive they are to the motivations of Big Pharma and the power they have. Amusing how the NBA and NFL no longer test asymptomatic vaxxed players because so many test positive but the UNVACCINATED ARE THE PROBLEM !!! LOL People please wake up......
Whether Canadian or American - your government dgaf about you and Big Pharma is not your friend. They all will keep this going as long as possible because it is in their financial interests to do so.... SAFE AND EFFECTIVE they say... REALLY ???? Like Chantix and Vicodin and Oxycontin and every other fucking drug deemed harmful or pulled off the market over the last 20 years for killing people after the same initial proclamations ???? Cognitive dissonance is real..... |

The Foreskins are the darlings of the PC establishment whose asses the NFL strives to kiss. They were complicit in bringing down Gruden with selective releases of emails that make them look sooo progressive as well LOL. NFL is paying them back with decisions such as this one. |

This "safe and effective" vaccine netting Big Pharma $33 billion a year must not be working too well if all these vaccinated players are sick, eh ??? What was the fucking point of the vaccine again ?? What did they tell us before the goalposts started to move whenever it suits these people ??? Cognitive dissonance is so real.... |

I tend to agree with you tonight. As terrible as the Bombers have been Roark often throws batting practice out there LOL. Toronto a scrappy team on the come but I think the Yanks take this tonight as well..... |

I've been ccccolddd on my NHL picks lately, LOL but I like the Isles tonight....
Tampa looked on a mission the other night vs a very tired and lethargic Isles team and dominated them. This is still a Barry Trotz coached team and he will have them ready for Game 2. As unimpressive as their goaltending has been of late I expect Varlamov to bounce back tonight and play well. The Isles have played well in these playoffs apart from Game 1 in this series and I expect them to get back on track...
Tampa is too stacked even without Stamkos to lose this series but the Isles are definitely good for a game or MAYBE 2 and the Lippsman Split Theory is in effect tonight. The public will be all over Tampa after Game 1 as well making this a good spot for the books. I'm tempted to take the UNDER 5 as well but under 5 is always a tricky proposition - but again - after game 1 the public will likely pound the Over.... NY Isles +143 3 Units Under 5 +106 1 Unit
Good luck on your plays fellas it's always a pleasure reading your thoughts on this Forum...... |

Leaning Under in this one but am at a loss as to a side. We have had 3 series force a game 7 with teams battling back from deficits of 3 games to 1 with the first 2 teams - Colorado and Vancouver - falling short. Will this one be different ???
Vegas wants us to think so. Philly has all the momentum yet is + $$ ?? I guess they are banking on Varmalov to bounce back after a shaky game 6 with the Isles at -130 here. Philly has shown much heart battling back in this series winning all 3 three ot games but they haven't looked like the team they were in the regular season. I'm curious to hear all your opinions on this one...... |

You would think that at least one dog will win today, who will it be ???? Prior to the game suspensions I was BIG on Colorado for Game 4 as they gave Dallas life in that 3rd Period and then snatched it back with 2 late goals to win the game. Avs took all the momentum away with game 4 the next day....but this is several days later. Dallas has had time to circle the wagons and are still up 2-1 in the series. If I were to guess, I would say Dallas the most likely to win today.... Isles have been impressive and Philly looks almost overmatched. I wonder if Giroux is injured he has been a nonfactor. I don't think the upset will be from Philly.... I think that young Vancouver team will play much better today and I'm tempted to take them on the puckline to keep this one close but I don't see Vegas losing either.

Hockey is such a game of momentum I am curious what we see tomorrow night and Sunday....
Flyers vs. Isles - Philly didn't win game 2 as much as they escaped it. Isles came hard in that 3rd period and were primed to win Game 3, I believe. This layoff helps Philly tremendously get their bearings back....
Bolts vs. Bruins - Tampa hammered Boston in game 3 but the Bruins have always proven to be a resilient bunch. I'm sure they would have loved to have the chance to respond right away but I think this layoff puts the kabosh on that a bit and helps Tampa...
Knights vs. Canucks - Vegas was primed to respond the other night after a humbling loss loss to a scrappy Vancouver team I think this helps Nucks in game 3 for the same reasons as above.... Ditto Stars/Avs as you could feel the Avs take the wind out of Dallas' sails after Stars battled back to take the lead only to give it back up in game 3. Dallas can take a deep breath now and recalibrate and look to go up 3-1
Fellas, what say you ??? |

I'm an Italian-American man who grew up in Cicero, Illinois at a time when "The Outfit" ran EVERYTHING and black people and Hispanics couldn't walk down the street safely. I was married to a Mexican woman with whom I had a child and now I'm married to a black woman - so call me "racist" if you like LOL but if only these self-righteous pampered athletes and fake newscasters only gave a damn when black children routinely murder other black children on the South and West Sides of Chicago every fucking day maybe the world would be a better place. Black Lives need to Matter in fatherless homes as well as in the abortion clinics where more black lives are extinguished than are born in America - oops I'm sorry - those lives may be black but don't matter because there is not a political agenda to be exploited....IMO... |

I agree Lipps - Philly didn't win as much as they escaped yesterday. I'm on Isles and Knights as well. Had Isles yesterday as well as Bolts and Avs... I think Dallas is in trouble now and I'm curious to see how Bruins respond tomorrow to that beating - they probably will respond they usually do |

Was THOROUGHLY impressed with Dallas and their energy tonight. I was on Colorado because I thought it would be hard for Dallas to maintain that emotion after that crazy Game 6 with Calgary. They came out tonight on fire and Avs looked like they had been sitting around waiting for their opponent too long. Vancouver looks juicy tomorrow and is also riding a wave of emotion and adrenaline after beating St. Louis and Vegas has been sitting around just as Colorado has. I wasn't too impressed with Vegas in their series against the Hawks - the Hawks were in every game except Game 1 until the bottom fell out in the 3rd Period. I'm really liking Vancouver tomorrow and think they have a great shot in this series. The Lippsman split will come through in one of these games - let's hope it's tomorrow..... |

I had them too. Elliot was tremendous too. They showed a lot of heart last night. No Tarasenko, no grinder Broewer, Binnington has looked like shit. They dug deep last night and rallied behind Elliot. Markstrom was tremendous for Vancouver keeping it close |

Watch out for Boston now. Whatever was lacking in that locker room they have now found a reason to come together. I think Caps bounce back today and win. Dallas outplayed Calgary pretty badly in that last game but cannot find the net I'm staying away from that game. The Hawks deserved a better fate each of the last 2 games but that is a young locker room they may just collapse today - or they just might win one game. At +171 it's worth a shot. Momtreal has outplayed Philly in both games I'm curious to see how the Flyers respond. St. Louis is an enigma - I can't see them going down 3-0 but I never saw them losing the first 2 games either....Lippsman I see Blues at -135 as well. The line is rather low for a Cup champion in a must win game on neutral ice, but...... |

Tuuka tuuka shit on his boys, eh ??? Not surprised that something has been going on in that locker room I think same in St. Louis, too. This team is way too talented to play as lackluster as they have. I'm still rolling with the Canes today still but would not be surprised if this rallies the Bruins if not today then for the rest of this series. This game will say much about the character of Carolina as well as these are games you have to win if you are serious about hoisting that Cup.... |
