The only way the USA wins this match is if they score two goals today. I think the Dutch score one so too win the US has to score two.Not sure the group stage results for US make me confident that they can.

Ha! Ha! To all you haters who called me out on these picks. These group games are about winning one game to advance not about which team is dominant. Every group winner won at least one game and had one tie. The USA was never going to win two games and win their group by scoring one goal per game.

I have what I think is as close to a sure bet in this World Cup as possible. A money line parlay on group winners.

Went to the Meadowlands track last week and was told that they require masks be worn again. The state of NJ does not have a governor mandate in place except for schools. I will not return because it’s not fun to wear masks while betting horses. The fact of the matter is masks are useless against this virus. If masks work Covid would be gone already because from March of 2020 to December 2020 we couldn’t go anywhere without wearing a mask. People need to wake-up that this virus was created as a weapon and will be around for at least another five to ten years. She let her team down big time. She may have pressure being the GOAT but this is what champions have in all sports. If she had doubts before leaving for Tokyo she should have given up her place on the team. Hopefully she will never compete again until she overcomes her “problem” if that is possible. If not then retire and do color during the next Olympics for NBC.

Two jocks were fined and suspended for using the whip on their horses. When will the jocks and trainers start boycotting this state for enforcing a no whipping rule. It happened at the Haskell because Flavian Prat had trouble controlling his horse from lugging in but didn’t use his whip because of the rule. Now two jockeys are suspended for five days. When will racing realize that the animal rights morons will eventually try to end horse racing like they killed most of the dog racing industry and all the circus’s and the jobs of 10,000 workers. I used to love betting Monmouth but now I will never bet that track again until they rescind the rule. Every horseplayer should refuse to bet Monmouth and maybe this will end the Bullcrap rule.

I can’t believe the new whip rule put in place in NJ. The rule states is the only time a horse can be whipped is to keep the horse straight. Any other whip use can get the jock a suspension and a fine. So if the horse is a closer and needs to be whipped to get into the race the jock can’t whip the horse. I live in NJ and there is no way I’ll be betting Monmouth races this meet unless the rule is lifted. Most of the top jocks that usually ride at Monmouth will not ride there this season. Take a look at the jocks riding there on Friday would you bet any big money on the races there with these jocks riding? Bravo,Paco and Nik may not ride this meet. PETA already killed the circus industry and the dog racing industry so now they will kill the horse racing industry with these draconian rules by the NJ racing commission who they pressured to set theses rules.

 I play video poker at Sugarhouse the Bet Rivers site in NJ and the one time play through is a real good promotion. I never took a bonus on other sites because most have crazy play throughs of up to 10 times. Most players go broke before they meet the play through losing more of their money then the bonus was worth.
