Quintana at +400 is a steal. Did the oddsmakers miss the last time Andre Berto fought a slick southpaw? Now he's fighting an even better one in my opinion. Quintana UD.

Agreed. That hand speed is going to baffle Pavlik. Still torn between UD and stoppage, I'll probably just end up betting him straight up.

Never, because Mayweather isn't capable of destroying Manny.

UD should just read decision.

I'm liking Pacquiao by UD at +150. Clottey has that peekaboo defense so I think he'll last the distance. I'm also thinking about playing no KDs or KOs at +250. Clottey doesn't pose a threat to win, but I think he's durable enough to last the distance.

Pacquiao ahead on the Lederman card after 3 rounds will be the best bet. Floyd has had some trouble adjusting to southpaws, see the Judah fight. Official fight prediction for me is Pacquiao by split decision.

And B-Hop is old as dirt anyway. I'm a huge B-Hop fan, but he's not what he used to be at all. The 2 .gif's I showed illustrate Hopkins performing Paul's best attribute, combination punching from all angles. Paul's hands are going to be tagging Kelly a lot more often and a lot more quickly than Hopkins. And we already know Pavlik can't counterpunch. Somebody please show me Kelly Pavlik hurting somebody by something that wasn't set up by a jab. Nothing you said accurately depicts how the fight will go. You're not taking strategy or anything. Many including myself thought Paul's biggest win at middleweight beat Pavlik's biggest win at middleweight, but again their resumes aren't going to fight. They are. And Paul is a flat out superior fighter.

Pavlik sets every power shot he throws up with a jab, Paul's not going to let him get that jab off because he's going to have him on the defensive all night. The death of Pavlik is the fact that he can't counterpunch. Just look at the Hopkins fight. Whenever Hopkins came forward and threw combinations Kelly retreated and covered up like this or like this. And that was against a guy throwing 40 or 50 punches per round. Notice the left hand stapled to the side of his head attempting to block shots. Paul will throw combos over and over again and turn Pavlik all night long.

Paul won't drop a round, Awful matchup for Pavlik. I'll have a big breakdown later. It's just a matter of figuring out if Kelly can make it the distance. If Paul is at plus money I'll be very happy.

I've liked Mayweather by decision since the fight was announced. Some pictures surfaced recently showing JMM looking ripped. I'm actually starting to think the fight could be close.

Has Smith ever been in a good fight in his life? Is it a good idea to put Jacobs in who will just run and do whatever he can to keep from engaging? Smith will frustrate Jacobs and make the fight as boring as possible. Blah. Completely agree. The only semi exciting fight on the card is Guerrero/Klassen.

I think that had a lot to do with what Funeka presents. He's huge for 135 and had 6 inches on Nate. Here, Nate is coming in with the height and reach advantage.
I also like Devon Alexander over Witter on the undercard, I'm interested in seeing what the line might be on that fight.

In a few weeks, I'll be making a fairly large play on Nate Campbell over Timothy Bradley. Bradley showed some significant weaknesses in his bout with Kendall Holt. He looked lost whenever Holt pressed forward (which didn't happen very often). That's not going to be the case with Nate who will be there right in his chest all night long just like he was vs. Ali Funeka. Funeka is a lot more gifted than Bradley though IMO, and definitely has more power than Bradley which helped make his bout with Nate so close. I don't know this fight will end, it wouldn't shock me if Nate put Bradley out, but I'd be surprised if he didn't win this fight handily.
Nate +180
