Yes...those are the obvious two. Public consensus likes the opposing teams, yet Tampa Bay and Cubs are even to slight favorites. Like I said..it's pretty OBVIOUS. BUT I like to wait until the LAST few minutes before placing the bets because lines and public consensus can change in the final minutes. If nothing changes, Tampa Bay and Cubs are the ML picks for sure. |

I like it too. But I'd be lying if I said I was confident in the wager. Good luck to us Houston backers. |

I have to say Lesnar has changed. He is more humble. Growing older and having taste losses does that to a person.
The trash talk of old is gone. I have to say I like him now

He has a chance, if he takes Hunt down and pummels him.
But I'm going to put a small amount on Hunt just to have skin in the game

So far I've got Aldo and Rockhold.
I think McGregor is going to be tough, especially in the beginning. But I think as the fight wears on, it favors Aldo. For me, Rockhold and Weidman is a tossup. But my reasoning is that I think Weidman is too slow. Weidman's previous opponents were past their prime and couldn't expose it. Rockhold is now in his prime. But there is always a chance that a plodding Weidman takes Rockhold down over and over again and wins it. Also, I like the fact that the line has moved for Aldo and Rockhold to almost even money. |

When I first looked at the fights, I was going to pick McGregor. But after reading and watching some videos of their past fights. And watching the line movement, I'm going to take
Aldo ml But it could go either way with one punch or kick. I do think McGregor is going to charge Aldo right from the start. If Aldo can weather it, I feel he'll have the advantage as the fight continues on... My fingers will be crossed. |

Seahawks (but took them ML -125)
Wilson is no longer hanging on the ball too long. He's dropping back and throwing quickly, from the pocket. That changes the equation for me. Good luck

Like I said, he's got that crazy in him, much like Nick Diaz...except he has more talent. It was fun to watch.

Nice stuff.
The two fights I'm excited to watch are the co-main events. I'm laying off the Lawler/MacDonald fight but I'm picking MacGregor because he's got that crazy style. Will go small because I don't have a lot of confidence. The bet is just to make the fight interesting for me. Good luck

Putting some of my soccer winnings on GS -9. The line movement also makes me like GS -9 even more. I just have to think Golden State is due for a big win at home. Let's hope so.

@Whitebelt- Congrats man. I give props when props are due. You got it right, I got it wrong.
The layoff AND lack of training in high altitude had a bigger effect than I thought... I do think Cain will win in a rematch, with the PROPER training. After nearly 2 years, he needed the fight, win or lose. Hopefully, he'll be able to fight within 6 months. But with Cain, one never knows. Anyway, good job.

I like it very much too.
I may add more before the fight. Good luck to both of us.

>>>2 & 3) Werdum went 5 rounds with Travis Browne a year ago. Sure, Cain is on a whole different level than Browne, but there's no evidence that Fabricio cannot go 5 rounds. Browne is a very talented & dangerous striker, yet Fabricio went the full 5. Werdum's cardio is better than Junior's.
It's about the pressure. I can't see a 37 year old weathering the pressure for 5 rounds. As you know, it's extremely exhausting defending against constant pressure...pressed up against a cage and pounded...round after round. That is something Werdum has not faced before.... There is no time to rest or recover. So no, I don't see Werdum lasting past the 3rd or 4th round.
