Notre Dame lost tonight at home to The Citadel by 20 points. 

If they had lost on a last second shot or something... ok, it happens. 20 points to the Citadel ?  Wow. I knew Notre Dame wasn't great this year, but I had no idea they were that bad. That's embarrassing.

It's like coaches think they're playing a Madden video game - Go for it !!!  Drives me nuts.

I think teams should only attempt 2-point conversions late in the 4th quarter when it's obvious how many scoring chances are left and points needed to win.  Rather than say in the 2nd quarter when it's 12 to 14 and they go for 2 just to make it a nice and even 14 to 14. Just take the easy point. Field goals happen, safeties happen, missed extra points happen... there's way too much time left to risk a free point.

And then going for it on 4th down at mid-field regardless of the time or score.?. Have a little faith in your defense.

Seems nearly all teams are doing this stuff nowadays and it's biting most them in the ass.

Play it safe... Charges ML parlay with pick-a-monster-favorite (college football).

Niners are a run-first team and Eagles aren't likely to going to catch passing fire again like last week. Seems like a rather high total considering.

Agreed, the wrong team is not favored. And kind of surprising how low the spread is.

After being favored by 18.5 against Notre Dame (and destroying them - backdoor cover), and considering Ohio St was a 7 point DOG against Clemson... I would've guessed Bama would be favored by -14 or more.  Like you said 99.9% of money would take Bama in a pick'em.... -275 money-line looks like an easy pairing for any money-line favorite you can think of. 

I'm picking big favorites in ncaab this week, and ending it with Bama football...  Just win baby!

Nittany Lions: 7-2 conference last year, 0-3 this year because 8 turnovers and a Hoosier miracle.

Cornhuskers: 3-6 conference last year (again), 0-2 this year because Ohio St and Northwestern and no offense.

56 O/U is low for typical Penn St game.  Big time NCAA program -vs- recruiting dried up 20 years ago. Penn State turnovers determines winner.

That's being generous. Tulsa finished last or near last, 3 straight years. They shouldn't lay 17+ to anyone in that conference.

Coastal Carolina - agree

Geo St has been the doormat of the Sun Belt for years. Carolina is rolling and beating good teams. The spread looks like overthinking.

As for "thinking about Bovada...." I've been with them since Bodog days. They pay out, I can attest to that, but I only use them for horse racing and occasional poker.  I switched to 5Dimes years ago for sports betting - low juice, early lines, A LOT more betting options, fair futures odds...  Bovada is the exact opposite of all those things. Big juice, late lines, minimal betting options, worst future odds in the world.

Example: Current odds Jacksonville Jags win 2020 SuperBowl: 5Dimes 250-1...... Bovada.... 200-1.  Washington Redskins: 5Dimes 225:1.... Bovada 150-1.  

I rest my case. I hate Bovada for sports betting.  So, which site are ya'll considering to replace 5Dimes?  I'm currently looking into Heritage and BetonLine based on decent reviews, but hard to know without actually using the site.?.  Early lines and betting options are a priority for me.

As for the NBA... Black Lives Matter painted all over the court, kneeling during Anthem, ridiculous sayings on jerseys... now they don't even play.  Can't imagine why ratings are in the toilet.  Here's to hoping they boycott for all eternity.
