I'm a suuma subscriber, I get no financial benefit for talking him up for him but can vouch that he's clipped 58% on his picks for a 19+ unit return this year.
Season is almost over but hope a few more posters join next season, I enjoy the writeups and talking shop with others in his forum, hope there are a few more new, qualified peeps I can compare notes with

Full disclosure: I am a Clemson fan (homer alert) and I also ripped most of this info from a Clemson insider blog...but I think it's very good info. Also, I got 38.5 but at much higher juice, but decided to pay the premium to get a lower than the 40.5 I was seeing elsewhere. I like Clemson TT over here because NC State’s D has been incredibly prone to giving up big plays of 20+ yards or more. They were dead last in the ACC last year, giving up 38. Also, against Clemson the past two seasons…not pretty: 2014 (7 plays, 41 points allowed) – 21, 24, 24, 28, 31, 34, 56 2015 (9 plays, 56 points allowed) – 21, 24, 25, 31, 35, 36, 40, 42, 57 Although NC State has vastly improved this season only allowing 8…their competition: William & Mary, Old Dominion, Wake Forest, East Carolina and Notre Dame in an absolute monsoon. East Carolina is the only decent offense on this list (ND is good, but the weather…) and ECU got 5 big plays on them and scored 33 points. 38.5 is a big number, but I think Clemson is going to absolutely gash this defense again. After a slow start the first 4 games, Clemson has averaged 6.5 and 6.6 YPA on the ground against Louisville and BC and I think their offense is finally clicking. They also appear to be getting back starting WR Hunter Renfrow who has been out the past month, which adds another weapon to Deshaun's arsenal. I also think TT over is a better play than laying the 18 because NC State will probably get a few TDs as Finley has looked sharp and Samuels has looked very dangerous, taking the TT here seems like the better option so you don't have to worry about the backdoor cover biting you in the butt. |

If it was then it's either you being an ar5e posting it or someone being one by telling you It's not just "selling picks", he created a website where he does writeups for almost every game (like he did the past few years) but it's much more clean than just pust doing a 200+ post Covers thread. It's a great resource to learn more about CFB if you want to add a few plays that aren't his official ones PM if you are interested in signing up

I get the hate with touts, but I have been following Megalocks for years and I can tell he's a really good dude and from his writeups you can tell he really knows his stuff....I signed up for his site and I'm happy he's getting compensated for his hard work.
He offers subscribers a referral for signing up, so PM me if you're interested and I'll shoot you some more info and a link and am happy to split the referral with you.

It got corrected on NBA.com, I imagine your book will fix it. I had the under and my win got reversed :(

Thanks suuma...my concerns were more field-related due to the grass being in such poor shape last week and adding a few inches of melted snow I'm sure won't help, but the wind angle does make a lot of sense.
Although this play will be much smaller than my NE play, I'll tail you on this one...not sure if I'm going to play the +3 or play the ML. I also may add AZ TT over depending on what number drops tomorrow for me, Carolina has given up a ton of big second half leads this year.

Suuma, good writeup...always love reading your analysis. I'm definitely on Pats -3
Did you have a writeup for Cards? My initial lean was Cards but now I'm 50/50 on that game. The weather in Charlotte makes me think that the Panthers get a huge advantage here...ground and pound on offense and the Cards might not be able to exploit the Panther's biggest weakness on D (throwing deep on their secondary) because of the weather.

Also forgot to add...I think the under has a lot of value here. Clemson's D looks rejuvenated after the layover and their secondary is much, much better than MSU's so IMO they'll have an easier time cheating up on the run.

I'm hopping on a plane tomorrow heading to Phoenix...can't wait for this game!
Good luck, obviously really hoping for Clemson to pull this out but man...I think they are going to have a lot of trouble doing what they do best (zone read runs and designed QB draws). Also expect a lot of QB spy, if Clemson wins Deshaun is going to have to make some plays in the air and with his feet when the pocket breaks down. That being said, I think Clemson covers the 7 and has a shot to win, so I'll sprinkle a little on the ML

I was even luckier, had Oregon TT over 40.5...it broke for me perfectly that that they traded touchdowns in the first OT and Oregon got the ball first in second OT so they would kick a field goal if they got stopped on first down

That being said, I really hope he's not being serious

Good luck today everyone...hopefully Mega has a few other juicy plays today or tomorrow,. I know Mega won't do correlated plays, but I think Clemson TT over 30 is pretty tempting as well as the +4.
Bama -10 is my other lean, but the Michigan State TT is so low that it might be worth a play purely on value (17.5 at my book)

Mega! Great job in the regular season!! I thoroughly enjoyed reading your writeups and of course trying (unsuccessfully) to emulate your emoticon game
I'm glad to see that Clemson was your first pick, although Oklahoma could certainly win this game by 10+ I like Clemson here. I'm not trying to be "Homer pick guy" or "Fade the public guy" but I haven't seen a media "expert" or average Joe think Clemson can win this game. I also want to add that although Clemson has some very solid players on D, their depth is pretty thin and some of their starters played a ton of snaps (particularly at LB)...I think this long layoff will really help their D bounce back to its mid-season form. Hope Clemson comes through for you again! GL!

Boom, sorry to see you aren't going to be posting anymore... I didn't comment much on your thread but always enjoyed your thoughts/picks. Also might have had something to do with you being a Clemson fan too fighting the good fight...
Shoot me a PM if you end up posting elsewhere next season. Also keep an eye on Clemson TT over this weekend, they should absolutely shred UNC on the zone read with Watson/Gallman

Mega! I saw that frosted Clemson mug you posted on Twitter, hopefully you'll be drinking a celebratory drink from it this weekend
Once again, I've really enjoyed your threads this season...obviously because they win but also because they're very informative for making picks that aren't official plays of yours and for general enjoyment with "___ be rocking guy" GL this weekend, I would take a close look at Clemson TT over if you can get below 38. I hesitate to lay the 5 with Clemson because game has potential to be a shootout, but I think Clemson is absolutely going to shred UNC with the run game and zone read from Deshaun and Gallman. I believe UNC is giving up around 220 per game on the ground? If either of these defenses are going to show up, I have more faith in Clemson's as their D-line is pretty good. Anyway, good luck, hope to get one more winning week!

Don't forget that Bama got the benefit of adding a very late trash touchdown while running out the clock to make a 9 point margin turn to 16 (and get the cover too).
On the other hand, Clemson gave up a trash TD with one second left to make a 12 point margin of victory into a 5 point one.
