However, a Dallas win would even the final overall records. They'd be ties in NFC East record and tied head-up. But Dallas would own a better overall NFC record which would award them the NFC East crown. As a Dallas fan, I guarantee you they do not want to lose this game and have to beat both Philly and Giants. They already saw what Philly brings when they come fired up to play the Boys. So this will be the game Dallas points to in order to get them back to a one-game playoff with Giants. As for this game, the Bucs are terrible. Lost 7 straight, got blown out last two games by Carolina and Jax, and have the 2nd worst scoring defense in the league giving up 28.5 points/game. Best of all for Dallas, TB run defense is awful and surrenders the most rushing TD's in league. Even without Murray, Felix has the ability to expose this weakness. Felix is a good RB and played well when Murray went down last week. He just has to stay healthy and is at the moment. Of important note, TB is now ties for the 4th pick in the NFL draft with six other 4-9 teams. A useless win here against Dallas could cost them big with draft position. The team has clearly mailed it in and certainly are looking at draft position. While Dallas is hard to trust, this would be a good spot to try our luck against a team they will score alot on. Buy Dallas down to -6.5 or tease them, as Boys are the smart pick here. Best poster on covers. Well researched, analyzed and written. This is a perfect tease in my opinion. |

The last two Missouri games that had lines put out were -1 vs cal that Missouri covered won by 39 and a -4 vs notre dame that they covered by 28. They've been playing great ball as of late and I see that continuing. Big play on Missouri -7.5

There's no such thing as a good gambler not believing the selections he chooses are superior to the posted line? That's how it's done. Very well put. |

I have to agree with you on that one. Nothing worse than people complaining about a free chance at $5,000.

I'm having a great time with this Ultimate Race contest (although not
doing great) and it got me thinking... Is there such thing as poker
style handicapping tournaments? Say a week/month long contest where 10
people buy in for say $50+5, make a specified amount of picks a day and
at the end of the week/month the $500 is split between 60/30/10 between
the top three. If there isn't, why not?

Like I say to anyone complaining about anything in regards to this competition. If you don't like it don't play.

Dr doggs right above your comment has as good a feel for line movement as anybody does around here. Really? 1. Line comes out. 2. Money goes to one side. 3. Books move line so more money goes to other side. |

Raps coming off biggest comeback in franchise history against pistons and the bobcats coming off a game where they narrowly missed the lowest scoring effort in franchise history. Calderon is out again but Bayless was a champ replacing him last game. my gut says 5 pts is too many.

I should clarify that's based on nights with 4 or more games.
