Super Bowl national anthem odds history
Super Bowl national anthem Over/Under betting has become increasingly popular over the past 15 years or so. Going back to 2010, the Over has hit 8 times and the Under has hit 6 times. There was one push in 2012 as Kelly Clarkson landed right on 1 minute and 34 seconds.
Last year’s national anthem Over/Under was an interesting one as Reba McEntire went just 1 minute and 34 seconds. This was the shortest time since Clarkson’s performance 12 years earlier.
That said, it was well-known beforehand that McEntire liked to be brief with her anthem. So she accordingly was given a projected Over/Under time of 1 minute and 30.5 seconds, and the Over still hit.
