Super Bowl 59 is exactly one week away!

There has been little movement in the spread, moneyline, and total in the Super Bowl odds since a busy first 24 hours, but there has been some interesting activity regarding Super Bowl MVP odds.

Here are the latest betting insights, with the Big Game set for Sunday, February 9 from Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

Little line movement following opening flurry

The Kansas City Chiefs opened as 2-point favorites over the Philadelphia Eagles to win Super Bowl LIX at Caesars, and within 24 hours they were knocked down to -1.5. That's where the line has remained throughout the first week of wagering.

Moneyline wagering has been mostly static as well at Caesars, with Kansas City moving from -130 to -125 in the early betting and going no further.

The total is a slightly different story, with the official opening line at Caesars being 49.5, though 48 and 48.5 were briefly available in the wake of the conference championships. Sharp money has since come in on the Under, including a $110,000 wager on Under 49.5, which is one of the biggest bets we've seen on the Big Game thus far.

The current total at Caesars is 49, with -110 odds on each side.

Barkley, Kelce are popular MVP picks

Saquon Barkley continues to draw attention on the Super Bowl MVP odds board. He was listed as high as +450 at Caesars following the conference championships but his odds have come crashing down to +220. Only Patrick Mahomes (+110) is a shorter price.

Barkley is no doubt seeing a high volume of ticket handle, but a $20,000 wager on Mahomes to win his third straight Super Bowl MVP is one of the bigger prop bets that Caesars has tracked thus far.

There was also a $25,000 bet placed on Travis Kelce (+1500) to take home the award for the first time. A win would net the bettor $375,000. Kelce sits as the fourth-choice on the board behind Mahomes, Barkley, and Jalen Hurts.
