We are nearly a full week out from Super Bowl 59!

Although the line and total haven't budged much over the last couple of days, Super Bowl odds have also seen several player markets see their totals take a steady turn, including sharps becoming bullish on tight end Dallas Goedert's potential output.

Here are the latest betting insights, with the big game scheduled for Sunday, February 9.

Spread and total maturing

The Kansas City Chiefs have settled at -1.5 after opening at -1 and briefly moving to 2-point favorites. Kansas City is also listed at -125 on the moneyline, up from the opening line of -120.

If you're on the fence about backing the Philadelphia Eagles, don't necessarily be alarmed. History may favor Philly when these two teams take the field in NOLA, as underdogs have gone 16-8 ATS in the last 24 Super Bowls.

After opening at 48, the total quickly moved to 49.5 and has remained there for the last couple of days. Last year's Super Bowl matchup between the Chiefs and 49ers pushed at 47.0, even with the game needing overtime.

Dallas Buyers Club?

Although there have been some doubts over Dallas Goedert's health, he’s managed to avoid getting an injury designation for this game. Then there’s the fact tight ends are a potential Achilles heel for this Chiefs’ defense.

While the Chiefs only gave up five touchdowns to tight ends during the regular season, they allowed more yardage to the position than any other team in the NFL. Given the NFC Championship saw Goedert tally his highest amount of targets since Week 4, there’s a real belief the Eagles star could be a difference-maker on Sunday.

That’s why his receiving yardage total has already risen from 51.5 to 52.5 at Caesars, with the potential for it to rise further as we approach the Big Game.
