We have a winner in FanDuel’s Kick of Destiny 3 contest! Eli Manning bested his brother Peyton, by knocking one through the uprights in the second round.
Both brothers missed their first attempt from 25-yards out. In Round 2, both brothers kicked from 20-yards out.
Peyton missed his second round attempt by hitting the right goalpost. Eli responded in the second round by booting one right down the middle and the younger Manning won the contest.
FanDuel users that picked Eli will win a share of $10,000,000 in bonus bets.
Did Peyton or Eli Manning win the Kick of Destiny 3 contest?
Update: Eli Manning won this year's Kick of Destiny contest with a perfect kick in the second round.
"I've been dreaming of this moment," Eli told FOX Super Bowl pre-game show viewers. "We've been working hard. To finally be a kicker just feels right."
Kick of Destiny rules
The two former Super Bowl-winning QBs squared off in a field goal challenge Sunday afternoon in New Orleans. The kicks were made around 3:15 p.m. ET. The Super Bowl itself starts at 6:30 p.m. ET.
Both brothers first attempted 25-yard field goals. If one brother made that initial attempt, and the other brother missed, the competition would be over. The one who made the field goal would be declared the winner.
If both Mannings missed their first attempt, the ball would be moved up 5 yards. That was the case on Sunday afternoon in New Orleans as the Mannings both missed in the first round. There was a maximum of three rounds this year.

How much will Kick of Destiny 3 winners receive?
The most basic Super Bowl picks made this year will be “heads or tails?” on the Super Bowl coin toss and “Peyton or Eli?” in the Kick of Destiny contest. Both are pretty much a 50/50 proposition.
New and existing FanDuel users simply need to click on the “KOD” button on the main screen. You will then be prompted to pick “Peyton or Eli” to win the contest. Simple as that.
If you pick the correct Manning, you will receive a share of $10,000,000 in bonus bets.
