The NHL player props aren't going to bet themselves and today's slate is one tasty-looking buffet.

There are seven matches and I've taken a look at my three favorite spots and like points in all of them. I'm still high on line stacks and why not? They keep stacking winners and are my new favorite way to bet on hockey.

Here are my three favorite prop picks for Tuesday, October 29.

Today’s NHL prop picks and best bets

Prop bet #1: Matvei Michkov Over 0.5 points

-112 at FanDuel

There should be some goals scored today in Beantown as the goalie matchup of Sam Ersson vs. Joonas Korpisalo has driven the total from 5.5 to as high as 6.5 in some places.

The Philadelphia Flyers offense has been spotty over their 1-7 SU stretch but the power play has three goals over its last two games while the Boston Bruins have given up four PP markers themselves over their last three.

Matvei Michkov has been a lone bright spot for this offense as the 19-year-old rookie has points in six of his last eight, including five PP points. He is playing big minutes on the top line with Travis Konecny, which is the one pair that coach John Tortorella actually likes. Michkov is -112 at FD and -125 in other places to get a point tonight. He is also as short as -152 in some spots. He is a good stack opportunity with Konecny for +150 but the point at -112 is a steal right now.

If you can only get shorter than -125, pair Michkov with Konecny for +150 or better.

Prop bet #2: Anze Kopitar + Adrian Kempe Over 0.5 points

+142 at DraftKings

The San Jose Sharks won their first game in thrilling fashion last night in a 5-4 OT come-from-behind win. They now have a quick turnaround today and face the Los Angeles Kings with Vitek Vanecek likely in net.

The San Jose backup has given up 17 goals over his last four starts with a 4.81 GAA. The Kings are going to score tonight with Anze Kopitar and Adrian Kempe doing the heavy lifting.

The linemates are +142 to record a point each today and they might be the best line stack of the Tuesday slate. The duo has combined for 17 points over nine games and could add to the total vs. the No. 29-ranked PK and No. 29 team in expected goals allowed/60 at all strengths.

If you can’t parlay point props, the Kopitar assist at +125 is a great pivot.

Prop bet #3: McCann + Eberle Over 0.5 points

+186 at DraftKings

The Montreal Canadiens are the only team with an expected goals allowed/60 at 4.00 or more. They rank last in that metric at even strength and their PK at 78% ranks 22nd in the league. Even with the Seattle Kraken coming to town, the Habs are still a decent +150 ML dog.

That sure sounds like a good matchup for a Seattle offense that will be looking to get going following three straight losses to great teams in Carolina, Winnipeg, and Colorado. Because of the lack of goals for the favorites, point props are paying good money.

The best target for the Kraken is the tandem of Jared McCann and Jordan Eberle to both get a point at +186. They play on the top line and PP1 together and lead the team in points with 20 combined over nine games. McCann has points in six straight games with Eberle chipping in across four of those.

Andre Burakovsky and Jaden Schwartz are also a pair to stack with huge +360 odds.
