These days where I live there are "rescue" organizations that are basically puppy mills/pet shops. That's how they are selling the dogs. Makes me sick but watch out. replied to Has Anyone tried the P90X? in Food & Fitness +1 for P90X. I just started last week. I will let you know how it goes. You can find this workout for 1/2 the price or less on craigslist like I did. You can also get it free if you look on a torrent site but I didn't do that. As people have noted in other threads diet is a huge part of this program and mine is good but I have at least 2 meals a week where I will house a large pizza or a cheeseburger or 2. I know this isn't recommended but those are my present eating habits. As they say in the literature, you will still get in shape you just won't look it (as much).
