created a topic 5dimes completely absurd customer service. Stealing time and money. in Gaming Industry - US Im not sure how 5dimes got its reputation for being a "pros site". I have had multiple issues and ive been researchig a better place to put my money but unfortunately, I cannot put my money on Pinnacle. At the reccomendations of others I will probably try Heritage next time. If anyone has any other reccomendations for solid sites please let me know. As for the issue, I made a deposit at 11am knowing I wanted to bet on the Masters at 12:45. at 12:00, the money was still not through so I went on and asked if there was a problem. I told the guy ALL of my information. He assured me "everything is completely correct. Please relax sir, it can take up to 2 hours." I replied "Ok, im sorry, its just that last time this happened they said there was an issue with the # on the deposit.". "No sir everything is fine, it should be in shortly". 2 hours later... I completely missed all my bets. I go back on... after 15 minutes and 3 people they tell me "You entered a number wrong." There was no apology, no my bad.. instead.. they blamed it all on me and said "I need to be more careful when I fill it out". We ended up getting into an hour long back and forth while im sitting there at work. For a while they were even refusing to put my money on and told me to go back to western union, ask them to cancel, and get a refund.... Thats when I realllly started flipping and told them im going to post the exact convo on covers and other websites. ALl of a sudden they bring a 4th person on who decided to put my deposit through in about 5 seconds. Unreal situation that Ive never dealt with before. Beware 5dimes. And to top it off I spent 45 minutes trying to get a straight answer on if they will ever do reduced juice nba like they do with cbb. I've had the same bookie for almost 8 years and he recently hung it up. I moved my $ to 5dimws due to reccomendations. Does anyone, who already has credibility around here, have any suggestions as to which site I should put money on in case this happens again. Same division and have seen the pitchers plenty of times. The last time these teams played the same two pitchers pitched and went over the total. replied to MLB Game Of The Month (Phillies/Braves) in MLB Betting I like the Over but I feel like Phillies first 5 inn is a better bet. Phillies have a full lineup and will prob hit Delgado. And while Lee might not pitch long... He will at least pitch well while he is in. And while Delgado might give up a few runs. The braves have the #1 penn in the majors and will exhaust all efforts to win. Still might go over small, but feel like the Phils first 5 inn -.5 might be the better value. Phillies first 5 inn is the bet IMO, as they prob wont let Lee go long and ATL will go much further exhausting their efforts in the later innings than the Phils will..
