he seemed to have turned his life around...what a waste of an absolute gift that he had as a rider. Hopefully he is holed up in a drug house somewhere and not dead in a ditch.

The free plays just sit there. I'm sure Richard will take care of it for you. Richard has always been fair to his customers. I was certainly not impressed with the managers response when I contacted him regarding what my options were. It could be that I just got a bad apple but I will see if anything good can come out of the situation. |

First before I get into the negative part of my post I do want to give them credit for the free plays and contests like the Orphan contest that that they offer their members. Unfortunately, it;s one of the few things that they are doing right. I logged into my account today and noticed there was a $25 free play in my account for Xmas. Not alot of money but a nice little surprise anyways. I proceed to put togther a 4 team parly for $25 with the first game being a second half wager on the Boston/Orlando game. Rest of the parlay were games being played later. Anyways after putting my wager in I log onto Covers and notice Richards post. I see that he says free play rules apply. I then live chat with a rep and ask what the rules were and he tells me that it is a 3team max for the parlays. He says he will contact a manager to see what my options are. He then tells me to call and speak with wagering. I do that and after being on hold for a few minutes I get a manager and he says "what do you want me to do about it?" I said well I made an invalid bet apparently to your free play rules and that I would like to cancel the bet or take off one of the games that hadnt started. He refused to do so. He said if the bet won I would be paid for a max of a 3 teamer and if I went 3 of 4 that basicly I would be left with my thumb up my ass in not so many words. I basicaly had to hope to hit a 4teamer but get rewarded for a 3teamer payout. I understand that this was free money and they obviously dont have to do that for their customers. There was plenty of time for them to cancel this wager or alter it once I brought to their attention what I had done. I do believe that I am partly at fault but having a system that allows you to place a bet that is invalid or having a manager that wont altar a parlay on games that have not started is the bigger flaw. |

Haven't been on in a while but wanted to give props to Heritage. Signed up with them a few months back from the Covers invite and have been nothing but impressed. Have recieved over $30,000 in payouts in only a two week period and not one hitch. Moneygrams are same day and checks are at my door the next morning. Bankwirs in my bank account in 3 days. Absolutlely the besk book that I have ever dealt with. If there is a complaint about them the only negative thing I could say is they take their overnight lines down when the last game goes off the board. Highly recommend them if you can get in there.

Quinella wagering was not offered on the race. Your bet should be voided. |

Because of this, there were a ton of tickets that had the favorite more than once. Favorite loses, and the pick 4 pays awesome, because of all the dead tickets on that race. It sucks when it happens, but so it goes..... The NY tracks pay "all" if there is a surface switch after a multi race wager has started. I thought thats what all tracks do but apparently not. |

Gulfstream must be the only track that doesnt pay "all" after a surface switch in a multi race wager. What a complete joke.

was the pic 4 cancelled after the 7th then? If I am not mistaken I think when there is a surface switch they pay all right?

The Greek double charged my bank card a few years back so it does happen at the top books as well. |

What it means is that lets say you bet a 3 teamer that pays $150...you would have to roll over the winnings over 6X which would be a total of $900 in wagers. After you meet that 6X rollover you are eligible to withdraw your winnings. Hope that helps |

Welcome back Richard...You will never make everyone happy. All I can say for myself is that I have always been treated fairly and anytime a "situation" arose you and your customer service take care of it immediately. First class book

I completely agree that being down on a Saturday during CFB is bad for business and will upset 99% of your clientele. What I am saying is that this book always does what they need to do to keep their customers happy. I think the closest thing to a "lock" you are going to find this weekend is that by Sunday/Monday BP will be making this "situation" right for their customers. |

One thing that this book is...is that it is not "cheap". I am sure Richard will do right by his customers. I understand peoples frustrations and they get pissed when they can't log in, but nobody complains when he passes free $50 bets around like candy.
