I know that no team that has lost to the Bucs in the regular season has gone on to WIN the Super Bowl...
My question is how many teams lost to the Bucs in the regular season MADE the Super Bowl to eventually go on and ultimately lose it... Trying to see if this "curse" dooms the team from making the big game, or, if the teams are like 0-7 in the Super Bowl, or something like that after losing to the Bucs in the regular season An help would be appreciated Happy Gambling |

like the UNDER in a divisional slug fest, with a rook off a terrible game on the road, with a stingy D to back him up.
Both offensive game plans will be ultra conservative with two young signal callers under center. Whoever establishes the run, wins the TO battle, and controls the clock, will win, but wearing down the defense, chewing up clock is the key. Those 1, to 2-yard runs in the first, will turn into 4,5,6-yard gains in the 4th if you consistently pound the running game, and break the defense

I think the brothers Manning have the two best squads, but it drops significantly from whoever you or I think is two, to three right now.
Denver is the sexy pick, but I still dont think they have the staying power, but we'll see.
The Steelers are sleeping in the weeds, and i'm interested to see them rise to the forefront of contenders once Polamalu returns. He uses Head and Shoulders...you asked with your eyes Trent...you asked with your eyes... |

pretty sure he didn't drop it on purpose so the under would hit, but i'm only like 1000% certain....

Richt is very overrated. He can get the athletes, but they are very undisciplined, and unprepared...

Steelers Cardnals; put away the love for the underdog, and really look at it
in NFL Betting nobody cares about regular season rankings in the post season period, let alone the Super Bowl. That is ridiculous, borderline assanine to bring up regular season rankings as the basis of your argument.
Pittsburgh is fully capable of moving the football, we aren't talking about the 2000 Raven offense here.
I give Arizona's offense all the credit to getting them where they are today, but that team also benfitted tremendously from the home crowd (who knew), and an inaccurate McNabb. Cardinal defense is opportunistic, and that's the best anyone can say about them.
This bye week clearly favors the Steelers, because the Cardinal passing game relies on rhythm, and time off is one of the biggest disruptors of rhythm.

in NFL Betting That is a legitimate comparison....
I also think that Arizona has arguably the worst defense to play in a Super Bowl. I understand that they are +11 in the playoffs, but the fact of the matter is Delhomme gift wrapped that game in Carolina, and although McNabb ended up with gawdy passing numbers, he missed opportunities ALL over the field, and he had ALL day to throw the football.
Arizona is not running the ball on the Steelers, because nobody has shown that ability all year, so it is safe to assume they don't give up close to 100 yds to Cards on the ground. Arizona will have to throw to succeed, and throw often. Arizona will move the ball at some points in the game, but I think the Steelers will keep them out of the end zone, give up 3's instead of 7's.
If the Steelers are +2 or better in the turnover margin, it should be a double digit win for the Steelers.
