Sean Manaea has been locked in lately and my favorite MLB picks are betting on another strong start as he faces an inept Mariners lineup.

While backing Manaea, I'm also fading Spencer Arrighetti and Chris Flexen amid forgettable seasons. Here are my best free MLB player props for Saturday, August 10.

MLB props for August 10

Today’s best MLB props

Prop bet #1: Spencer Arrighetti Over 2.5 earned runs

(-130 at DraftKings)

Although Houston Astros right-hander Spencer Arrighetti is coming off his best performance as a pro, he's still having an awful rookie campaign, pitching to a 5.33 ERA with a 1.52 WHIP through 20 games. He's been even worse on the road, where he has a 6.61 ERA with an OBA of .297, and tonight he plays in a very tough venue for pitchers.

The Boston Red Sox are tied for the MLB lead in OPS (.772) while ranking second in batting average (.262). They've been on fire since the All-Star break, batting .293 with a .882 OPS while plating 6.37 runs per game. Boston is also a lineup stacked with six left-handed batters, including Rafael Devers, Jarren Duran, and Wilyer Abreu.

They should tee off on the right-handed Arrighetti, who allows lefties to hit .275. 16 mph winds at Fenway Park are also blowing out toward right field today.

Prop bet #2: Cody Bellinger Over 0.5 RBI

(+140 at bet365)

Chicago White Sox hurler Chris Flexen has been one of the worst pitchers in the majors, going 2-11 with a 5.53 ERA and a 1.49 WHIP through 22 starts. His ERA surges to 6.75 on the road, and today he takes the mound at Wrigley with the wind blowing towards the shallow left field fence at 14 mph.

Chicago also has a brutal bullpen behind Flexen, with White Sox relievers collectively pitching to a 4.96 ERA with a 1.51 WHIP. That's music to the ears of Chicago Cubs cleanup hitter Cody Bellinger.

The former NL MVP bats .279 and has driven in 45 runs in 88 games. He's been hitting even better since coming off the IL on July 30, slugging .639 with eight RBI through nine games, and he went 3-for-4 at the dish last night. Bellinger will also have the platoon advantage against Flexen, who allows lefties to slug .556.

Prop bet #3: Sean Manaea Under 2.5 earned runs

(-140 at bet365)

New York Mets southpaw Sean Manaea possesses a 3.30 ERA with an OBA of .217 through 22 starts this year. He's been even better on the road, with a 2.80 ERA, and today he takes the mound at the pitcher-friendly T-Mobile Park.

Manaea has pitched to a 2.28 ERA with an OBA of .185 over his last 10 starts, and he's coming off a sensational outing against the Cardinals where he fanned 10 batters through seven innings of shutout ball.

The Seattle Mariners are last in the majors in batting average (.217) while ranking 28th in OPS (.669). They've been even worse against lefties, batting .211 with an OPS of .658. With Manaea allowing fewer than 2.5 earned runs in seven of his last 10 starts and the M's plating just 3.49 runs per game at home, bet on another strong start from the Mets hurler.
