Bengals vs Titans Predictions, Picks, and Best Bets for NFL Week 15

Oldfield's best bet: Although Cincinnati has struggled to string together wins this season, that hasn't stopped Ja'Marr Chase from putting up video game numbers.

The Cincinnati Bengals need a miracle to sneak into the playoffs, but a Sunday visit to the 3-10 Tennessee Titans is enough reason to keep believing.

This season has served up more questions than answers for Tennessee, and my Bengals vs. Titans predictions signal another explosive day for a Cincinnati offense that’s been sizzling over the past month.

With this December 15 matchup also carrying draft implications for Tennessee, my NFL picks dig into the key betting angles.

Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. ET from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, with the game airing on FOX.

Bengals vs Titans prediction

Who will win Bengals vs Titans?

The Bengals finally did enough defensively to support the offense in Week 14, and I prefer to trust the visitors’ star power over a Titans team that’s registered one victory at home all season.

Titans head coach Brian Callahan knows all about Cincinnati’s strengths from his time with the Bengals, but I don’t see that tilting the game in Tennessee’s favor.

Prediction: Bengals 27, Titans 17

My best bet
Ja’Marr Chase Over 88.5 receiving yards (-115 at BetMGM)

My analysis

The Joe Burrow & Ja’Marr Chase connection has always been the Cincinnati Bengals' trump card, but that duo has hit new heights this year. With a leaky defense that’s forced the Bengals into throwing early and often, the offense has been stellar despite the team’s disappointing 5-8 record.

Chase leads the NFL with 93 catches and 1,319 receiving yards, and he’s torched secondaries on the way to a staggering 602 yards across his last four games, including eight touchdowns in that span.

The target volume will always be there for Chase in a Burrow-led offense, and while the big play potential is a driver for this pick, he’s just as capable of a big stat line built around shorter grabs. The Bengals are in the Top 10 in yards and points per game while boasting the most potent passing attack in the league, and that's going to be too much for the Tennessee Titans to contain.

Chase is back at the top of the mountain as the NFL No. 1 receiver, and a Tennessee team simply playing out the string should give him ample opportunities for more fireworks this weekend.

Bengals vs Titans same-game parlay

Ja’Marr Chase Over 88.5 receiving yards

Bengals -5

Will Levis Over 213.5 passing yards

The Bengals have had the edge in this matchup, winning five of the last seven clashes SU against the Titans and covering the spread in six of those games.

Tennessee’s 2-11 ATS record says it all in a season packed with blunders. After what we’ve seen defensively from Cincinnati, I’m not ready to predict a blowout, but I’m confident taking the visitors with a spread of less than a touchdown.

Will Levis is going to have to take some chances through the air, but this is a good spot to unleash him. The Cincinnati pass rush is limited and the Bengals have allowed chunk plays all season.

Levis fell just short of this O/U number in Week 13 after blowing past it in his two prior outings. I’m banking on Calvin Ridley and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine to help their quarterback eclipse his passing yards total.
