There is a pair of Monday Night Football games in Week 14 odds, including a showdown between the Green Bay Packers and New York Giants. While the Packers have won three straight in the NFL odds, the Giants are coming off a bye and have won their last two contests themselves.
MNF odds opened with the Packers as 6.5-point road favorites, with the Over/Under listed at 37 for this prime-time clash in the Meadowlands. Can the Pack keep rolling, or is this too many points to spot a .500 team on the road?

Things are looking up for the Green Bay Packers, who enter on a three-game winning streak despite facing some quality opponents during that span. They pulled off a road victory against an 8-2 Lions squad in Week 12 before defeating the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs 27-19 as 6-point pups last week.
A big reason for their recent hot streak has been the play of quarterback Jordan Love, who is starting to show that he might be well worth his first-round selection in 2020. After a poor start to the season, Love has completed 68.5% of his passes for 857 yards with eight touchdowns and no interceptions over the last three games.
That said, this might be a sell-high point for a Packers team that has seen their stock blow up over the last couple of weeks. Keep in mind that is the same squad that was a 3-point underdog at home against the Chargers just three weeks ago.
Meanwhile, the New York Giants have also been playing relatively well despite most giving them up for dead after they lost QB Daniel Jones to a season-ending injury and replaced him with undrafted rookie Tommy DeVito.
DeVito looked awful in his first two starts but has played better recently, leading the G-Men to back-to-back victories against the Commanders and Patriots. Granted, those are two of the worst teams in the league but he still completed 68.6% of his passes for 437 yards with four TDs and no picks despite facing constant pressure. Green Bay's defense also isn't as good as New England's, with the Packers ranking just 22nd in defensive EPA.
That Green Bay stop unit could be even worse with top corner Jaire Alexander and leading tackler Quay Walker sidelined and two other starters in the secondary listed as questionable. This is a Green Bay D that has struggled to defend the run all season, surrendering 136.3 rushing yards per game and 4.5 yards per carry. That works out perfectly for a Giants team that will look to lean on star running back Saquon Barkley to control the clock.
The Packers are also hurting on offense, with wide receiver Christian Watson out with a hamstring injury and running back Aaron Jones questionable with a knee injury. This is a letdown spot for a banged-up Packers side, so I'm leaning toward grabbing the well-rested and scrappy home squad coming off a bye.
However, with this line sitting just under that key number of 7, I'll buy a point to take the Giants at +7.5.

Barkley had just 12 carries for 46 yards against the Patriots' top-rated run defense in his last game, but offensive coordinator Mike Kafka needs to do a better job of getting the ball in his hands. Barkley is easily New York's best weapon and he had rushed for 75+ yards in five of his previous six contests before that contest versus New England.
Expect him to shred a Packers squad that ranks 23rd in the league in defensive rush EPA on the season and has given up 160.8 rushing yards per game over their last four contests.
With Watson sidelined, rookie Dontayvion Wicks should continue to get snaps in Green Bay's offense. The fifth-round rookie has snagged at least three catches and 43 receiving yards in each of his past four games, averaging 58.5 yards per game over that span.

Packers vs Giants spread and Over/Under analysis
The look-ahead line had the Packers as low as -4.5, but after they upset the Chiefs on Monday Night Football, this spread reopened at -6. Initial bets favored them, causing the line to move to -6.5, yet sportsbooks have been reluctant to reach the crucial number of 7. Some books have set the Giants at +6.5 with odds of -105.
The total has bounced between 36 and 37 for much of the week and as of noon Saturday, it sits at 36.5 at most books. While it will be cold on Monday night, this game will have better weather than Sunday's Jets game in the Meadowlands on Sunday. The rain is expected to clear up by Monday afternoon, and winds shouldn't eclipse the crucial 15 mph mark.

The Packers were 3-5 ATS as an away favorite in 2021 and 2022, and this is the first time this season that they are laying points on the road.
