My analysis
David Pastrnak may primarily be known for his scoring ability, but the Boston Bruins winger has been racking up the assists in recent seasons as well.
After his 61-goal season in 2022-23, Pastrnak had 63 assists (47 goals) last year and is on track for another stellar season with 32 goals and 43 assists in 61 games.
Pastrnak is currently riding an impressive 17-game point streak with 33 points (18 assists) in that span. He's picked up a helper in 15 of those 17 contests dating back to January 11. Pastrnak has recorded an assist in 32 of 61 games this year.
The Minnesota Wild have had some defensive struggles since the 4 Nations Face-Off break with 11 goals allowed on 60 shots in their last two games. They're feeling the effects of some injuries at forward and defense.
