replied to Commanding Curve in Horse Racing boy was i wrong (about the odds)..... now im seeing value and leaning on C Curve.... pace was not fast in the derby and he still gained tons of ground. another furlong and he would've caught chrome. now adding 2 more furlongs to this race. horse had rest and is fresh. impossible to throw out that race (KD) considering that these are 3 year olds and they are still improving. replied to Preakness Thoughts, Analysis and Selections ! in Horse Racing i like ROC to come pick up the pieces late....borel tried to hug the rail into the stretch and had to end up swinging that horse out to lane 10 or 11 even. horse was closing with interest and if not for that check and borel not bringing that horse into the stands, he shouldve finished a lot better than what the final chart says. jerry bailey kept emphasizing on how CC doesnt like dirt getting kicked up in his face so im gonna assume that espinoza is gonna be really close to the pace as usual. have a feeling ROC will end up around 8-1.
