Paragraph one was basically how the book manger handled my situation when I wanted to place another wager. He only discussed the situation with the worker, not me, and said not to approve me on any bets. In paragraph three what I quoted is what the cashier manager said to me. She wanted my social security number and when I bet 6k on my final spin the pitt boss also asked me for my social security number. replied to Bad Customer Service In Vegas, Post It Here in Las Vegas A few of my experiences: I was at Caesars Palace a few years ago, I had 5k on the over in the Oakland/Kansas City game, and by the fifth inning it was a winner. I went the following day to claim my money and to place another 5k wager. The book manager the worker that he won't approve me and he never spoke to me directly. I walked with my money and have never went back to the book. At the Bellagio I had a great deal of money on a MLB game last year. I went to claim my money, I was asked to present my players card, but I left it at home, because obviously in most cases it's not needed on spots plays. It took a great deal of time for them to pay me. The book manger stood over the work, I eventually was paid, and while I was counting, I was asked if I was going to leave a tip. I said, "Really? Not after having to wait so long" At the Bellagio a couple months ago I went on a 10k run over a couple days playing roulette. I started off with 2k. I mentioned this in another thread on here. I ended up losing the majority of it after deciding to go in big. My issue when I cash the chips is, was that the manager basically reviewed what I had been doing, and mentions "Oh, you're just going to hit us, and run?" I said "Pardon, me?" She said "I can tell you never sit down and play by looking at your history on here"....Besides that, I kept being asked for my social security number, and I have been on their file for years. replied to Vegas Sports book where to watch in Las Vegas The Bellagio is the only option if you want your drinks comped. Be sure to get there early so you can get a seat. Basically, all of the desk seats will be reserved, and if you sit in the lounge area that's inside the railing, it's considered the bar area, and you won't receive free drinks. replied to Bad Customer Service In Vegas, Post It Here in Las Vegas promark, You may think the "well dressed" people are stiffing them, but at times, some people, including myself depending on if I have family/friends in town, will tip one slump sum (every hr, etc) of say $50 or $100, to make sure the waitress continues to provide attention to my friends/family. In most cases, I know the waitress, or I find out what time they get off work in advance. I won't criticize your $.45 cent tip but next time just not tip at all. You already made it clear that you're cheap by running to a penny slot for a free beer, which is fine, but stop acting as if you're entitled, and can create the waitresses like shit. They advertise on a board outside during happy hour 3pm-5pm(?) that they $.25 roulette and $.50 craps. I'm not sure about the rest of the tables. I've never been inside. If one is flying in just to place a wager, it must be a decent amount, considering airfare cost, and other expenses. I flew in once within a 24hr period. The only reason I could handle the flights was because it was Delta. I had a ticket that needed to be cashed at the Palms, so I took cab from the airport, placed my wager that I wanted (parlay Kansas Jayhawks and Miami Heat), met a friend to eat at the Palms, and I took a cab back to the airport. I never even went to my residence in Vegas. I caught the second half of the Kansas game on the flight and I knew I won my parlay before the flight landed back on the East Coast. If one is worried about extra travel cost, no matter how much your wager is, I think it's best just to take the 108 bus to the Las Vegas Hilton. Take the 108 back to the Airport, stop right at the Hard Rock if you need to take care of any other business, and head back to the airport when you need to. The bus stop to get back on the 108 to go to the airport is directly across the street from the LVH entrance located in front of the Courtyard-by-Marriott hotel. I keep focusing on the bus but if you intend to do a cab so be it. The cab ride would probably be close to $30 to the LVH. Bird shit all over the slanted glass is never a good look. I've only heard good things about the rooms at the Monte Carlo. I think I would go with the MGM. created a topic The Palms in Las Vegas I use to frequent the Palms often during the past, acquire their comps for when family/friends visit, but I went today, and completely forgot that it'll no longer happen. They continue to send me a comp card by mail every three months indicating special rates and comp rooms w/ VIP passes to their clubs. However, no more swiping in the players card. I was told that I should consider signing up for the program you can use on your phone or other sources. On the other hand, I love the new look, it keeps the scum out that would be there just to drink off a $1 race ticket, so I found it to be impressive. The negative is that leaves little room for people to watch the games at their book, mainly invite sections, and the poker room has been integrated with the book.
