A second regular-season loss means Georgia will be fighting for its season when Tennesee comes to Athens this weekend. Chris Gregory picks a side for that game and more in his Week 12 college football picks below.

It'll soon be time to get down to brass tacks in college football, with the four major conferences working themselves out in the final weeks of the regular season.

For those hanging on, every game is a playoff game. My college football picks highlight the most important ones in the Week 12 college football odds.

CFB Week 12 ATS picks

Ohio State (-28.5) vs. Northwestern: Ohio State -28.5

There's admittedly some fear of Ohio State looking ahead to Indiana next week, but the Buckeyes are coming off their most complete performance of the season.

Texas (-13.5) vs. Arkansas: Texas -13.5

A similar thought here: Texas is coming off its best game in over a month, and Arkansas is heading in the opposite direction.

Utah vs. Colorado (-11.5): Utah +11.5

Imagine telling someone before the season Colorado would be a near-two-touchdown favorite against Utah in Week 12. I'll take the points with the team that had undefeated BYU on the ropes last week.

Penn State (-28.5) vs. Purdue: Penn State -28.5

Purdue did not produce one single point against Oregon or Ohio State and lost those games 80-0 all in. This shouldn't be much different.

LSU (-4.5) vs. Florida: Florida +4.5

The wind is very much gone from LSU's sails after getting smacked by Bama and Texas A&M in the last two games, and Florida is just frisky enough to keep this close.

Oregon (-14) vs. Wisconsin: Oregon -14

An easy choice considering the level of play Oregon's sustained for almost two months. Helping the case is Wisconsin's 42-10 loss to... Iowa two weeks ago.

Tennessee (+10.5) vs. Georgia: Tennessee +10.5

Perhaps my favorite play of the bunch. There is absolutely nothing to suggest Georgia is more than 10 points better.

Kansas vs. BYU (-3): BYU -3

I'll take the Cougars to stay undefeated, and avoiding the hook on the opening line of -3.5 is critical.
