It may just be the preseason but the Green Bay Packers continue to surprise people after convincingly beating the Browns last week, handing them just their second preseason loss in their last seven games.
This week, they'll take on the Denver Broncos, a team they faced last October but with a very different quarterback at the helm. I break it all down in my Packers vs. Broncos predictions and NFL picks below.

My analysis
If there's one thing we know about the post-Aaron Rodgers Green Bay Packers, it's that they continue to surprise people.
No one expected the Packers to make the playoffs, let alone win a game. No one expected Jordan Love to have the season he did last year which helped him become the NFL's highest-paid player. And on a lesser scale, no one (at least sportsbooks and betting splits) expected the Packers to win last week's ultimately meaningless game against the Browns.
It took just three snaps from Love to shock people once more, connecting on a long touchdown with emerging receiver Dontayvion Wicks. Those three snaps were enough for Matt LaFleur to sit Love for this week's matchup.
And while Green Bay seemingly can't stop surprising people, we're once again going to doubt them. In joint practices and scrimmages this week, the Denver Broncos beat reporters noted that Jordan Love struggled (by his new standards) and all three of the Broncos quarterbacks had strong showings.

Those same reporters noted the aggressiveness and effort by the Broncos during these periods, seemingly playing with far more urgency. Whether it's a result of the loss they took last October or the result of a lot of young talent and disrespected veterans trying to measure themselves against a playoff team, it doesn't matter — Denver had its way, and the same should be true Sunday night.

Most impressive part of the play was Courtland Sutton delivering a punishing block downfield to spring Patrick for extra yards.
