After back-to-back 4-3 wins, the Ottawa Senators seek their first three-game win streak of the season as they continue their West Coast road trip with a stop in LA against the Los Angeles Kings.

LA is on a two-game win streak of its own, and the books are pegging them as -120 moneyline favorites in the NHL odds.

Though Ottawa will be up against one of the stingiest defensive clubs in the league, my Senators vs. Kings NHL picks are expecting another strong performance from Tim Stutzle.

My Senators analysis
The Ottawa Senators 3rd overall pick in the 2020 NHL Draft, Tim Stutzle, currently leads the Senators in scoring, with 28 points in 22 games.

He's coming off a big 3-point night in NorCal, as the Senators topped the Sharks 4-3.

Stutzle has points in five straight games, recording a pair of goals and seven points, and even though Ottawa has been struggling, he's been consistent.

The German center has picked up at least a point in 10 of his last 12 games, the front man for an offense that currently ranks eighth in the league at 3.23 goals per game.

The Los Angeles Kings just dumped Anaheim 2-1 on Friday, and they've allowed just two goals in back-to-back wins. They've also limited the opposition to just a single goal in five of the last six games.

However, Ottawa is one of the few teams that's been able to get the Kings out of that defensive shell. Earlier this year, the two teams combined for 15 goals in a wild Ottawa 8-7 OT win.

In fact, in three of the last four games between these teams, they have combined to score at least seven goals.

Stutzle was prominent in that October victory – aside from the last game against San Jose, it's the only other contest this season where he's had three assists in a game.

His consistency has the books making you pay a premium for him to touch the stat sheet, as Stutzle has -235 odds to go Over the 0.5 point line.

However, there's plenty more action for him to light the lamp, and that's where we suggest venturing to.

Tied for second on the team in goals with nine on the year, Stutzle hitting double digits goals Saturday will equal a nice payday.

Senators vs Kings Odds analysis

Ottawa is 4-5-0 this season as the moneyline underdog. The Senators have hit the Over in three straight and in four of their last five.

The Over has cashed in two straight and four of the last six between these teams. Los Angeles is 4-0-0, playing the second game of a back-to-back this season.
