If you bet on them, you probably need a conservatorship like Britney Spears |

@mrod112 I took the Eagles over KC at +1800 before the playoffs. I also took the Eagles at +800 to win Super Bowl in November. My question was to hedge or not with something on KC ML. I may still if Eagles go up early but for the most part I'm letting it ride. I have $ on Jalen MVP as well as Devante. Small wager on Cooper Dejean MVP, who knows, close game maybe he gets a int and a punt return TD, needs 2 plays. I can't ever hit an over under but if I were to bet it, I'd go under. |

Went back to 1986 to look at elite QBS when they lost (elite is based upon my definition). I came up with Elway, Favre, Warner, Brady, Mahomes and Manning ( I left out Kelly,Aikman and the other Manning never thought these guys were truly elite). The Elite QBS lost 12 Superbowls. The MVP for 9 of the 12 they lost was the opposing QB. So, 75% of the time went to the other QB. Of the 3 non QB's they were 1 RB, 1 WR and 1 LB. If you play only 1 non QB player for MVP, it only hit 8% of the time. I used 1986 because I still remember those players pretty well Going back to 1986 QB's have won 60% of the time based on elite AND non elite QBs on either side. If non elite QBs (based solely on my opinion) were starting for each team Aikman/O'Donnell, Dilfer/ Collins, etc....which happened 13 times . 5 of 13 the QB was MVP 38% of the time. Whats the purpose of this??? If you think the Eagles beat the Chiefs, might be worth grabbing Hurts at +375 for MVP. |

The problem with Trends is you can make them up to fit your narrative Eagles undefeated in Super Bowl when playing their Super Bowl opponent the next time Jalen Hurts undefeated in Superdome NFC East teams undefeated when playing in Super Bowl after playing another NFC East team in Championship game This is off the top of my head. I could find some more non sense trends to fit the Eagles narrative... |

I agree with pretty much everything you said including what the line should be. I had put some futures on Philly to win Super Bowl and Philly to Beat KC in Super Bowl so my decision was to hedge or not. I think I'm going to let it ride. My only concern is in a close game where field goals may matter, Elliot is far from steady this year. |

RG3 and Jayden Daniels have never been seen in the same place. Apparently, theres an RG4 playing QB in Washington |

Of all things written on Covers, this is probably the greatest that predicted the future. It really was the easiest bet of all the easy bets that have ever been placed. It was as simple as the Redskins suck and the Eagles are good. If you couldn't see that, dont bet! |

History lesson: Jan 21, 2018 The greatest "feel good" story of quarterbacks, having led his team to 14 wins came to Lincoln Financial Field. Case Keenum and the Vikings FAVORED by 3 points get absolutely smacked around and lose 38-7 to the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship game. January 29, 2023 The greatest rookie quarterback in the history of NFL rookie quarterbacks comes into Lincoln Financial Field. Nobody had ever seen a more poised rookie Quarterback than Brock Purdy. The Eagles were favored by a mere 3 points (the home field advantage). The Eagles destroyed San Francisco 31-7 in the NFC Championship game. January 26, 2025 The New greatest rookie quarterback, who is ALSO the greatest feel good story is coming. The one who threw a hail Mary to beat the very tough Chicago Bears while the safety decided to talk to the crowd. The one who lost to the Cowboys at home where everyone forgot how to play Defense and Special teams. The one who beat a Tampa Bay team who were only in the playoffs because somebody had to represent the NFC South. The one who won a tough road game against a Detroit Defense that had 18 Starters on IR. Jayden Daniels will be at Lincoln Financial Field for the NFC Championship game. It really doesn't get any easier than this one. Don't take the Eagles -6. Move that to -9.5 +154 |

@dubz4dummyz
Barkley ran for 146 yard and 150 yards against Washington this year. One of the games he did that with Kenny Pickett handing off to him. Not sure thats really slowing Barkley down |

@ActionMagnet Eagles have the easier path beating Washington. Harder to pick between Bills/Chiefs. Either Bills or Chiefs will probably be favored over Philly in Super Bowl. |

@BallingLikeN I'm not betting the Love Story on this one. If I'm the Rams, I'm more worried about my home turning into a toxic waste dump with contaminated air and ground water. Chargers a little further South in El Segundo. I think this is more similar to when Andy Reids son killed the kid the night before the Superbowl, they weren't focused and lost 31-9. |

I have a hard time getting past the depth of each teams rosters. Mahomes has a cap hit of 35.8 million Hurts has a cap hit of 1.6 million When I take that 34 million and deduct it from the KC roster and add it to the Philly roster, I see why I think the Philly roster is far superior. Mahomes was 1st team all pro and Hurts was 2nd. It's not a 34 million drop off. Mahomes will score some points, but the Eagles will outclass KC Eagles cover. Reddick MVP (stops Mahomes, from Philly, playing in town of Team that drafted and didn't resign him. All the ingredients for the reporters to write a feel good story) |

@JEG53 I believe he played 4 snaps all year. Only dressed for 2 or 3 games. Losing the kid that runs out and picks up the tee might have a bigger effect |

@DrinkingisFun85 It's an interesting stat. Same goes for Heisman winners and National Champions. I think coincidence but not a reason Id wager for or against the team. I base my bet on who wears white uniforms... |

@brn2loslive2win I watched him blow alot of games for the Eagles due to poor play calling and clock management. He often seems flustered in game. He has 1 superbowl in 24 seasons as a head coach. I think he's a good coach, a winning coach but not elite. If he wins Sunday would probably change my opinion a bit |

@magiccarpetride I've been putting money on Reddick MVP for a few weeks. He wrecked SF last week. Should Eagles win, the narrative will be most likely about having stopped Mahomes. Plus, the sportswriters may like that he was playing in AZ where he was a first round pick and they didn't resign him and Philly is his hometown team. Will make a good story |

We are going to look back on this Super Bowl and be able to tell our grandkids...
in NFL Betting @jerseyj24 Yes , he did the minimum because nothing was asked of him. They were both routes. Would you feel better if they ran the score up even more? |
