@AJ86 A lot of work left for 7-5. I think they'll take 6-6 and a bowl right now. |

@cd329 They lined up for the XP. It was a really bad snap. The holder had to ad lib. They had just botched a snap on a chipshot FG, so bad day for their special teams. |

How do people think they can write a blank check on the Celtics that the casino will pay off because Miami is "done"? |

Can you show me how to underthink something? is that like Zen gambling? Let the bets place themselves? |

If you group together coaching and general managing, then it is only Riley and Auerbach (who else?), and Riley has 100000000 times more competition than Red did, and a salary cap, and Riley's been in the game 50 years with success with 3 teams. And red never played the game. |

This is a masterclass on jinxing, and if this was a "reverse jinx" it is next level stuff....either way, |

Who cares what media lowlifes vote? Players want to win and get paid. Anyone paying attention to this is not focused enough. |

Only thing crazy is your math. Here is mine.
Leaguewide avg 95% chance to make each XP. 5 XPs firecasted for game. Raise .95 to 5th power = 77.4%. -350 plug into parlay requires = win probabilty 77.8% Temper your enthusiasm on this one. I hope you win though. Goofdl uck |

What weather were you expecting? 65 degrees and calm? 1 to 3 inches is not bad. 15MPH is the minimum wind speed in Orchard Park so that is fantastic for the over. |

People confuse getting into the playoff with winning it. It is easier to luck into a playoff spot with other teams choking than to beat the best 2 teams (as a 4 seed, they face the best 2 teams) |

I live near Niagara Falls and more than 1 person has lost it all at the casino then went over the Falls.... 1) You have a 50/50 chance of surviving. If you get sucked under the falls, you'll be there for hours and drown. Otherwise, you have a chance. If you get rescued, you get arrested and heavily fined. It would be tough to swim to shore, and you'd shoot some rapids then get caught in a whirlpool, but possible. 2) A lot of guys wade out near the falls and lose their nerve and have to get rescued, which sucks for the rescuers. |

There is tons of player movement so you wouldn't want to go to press too early in the offseason, then you get the supply chain excuses. Don't they have a PDF you can buy? |

This is a good time to quit. It is not the same now that it is legal and acceptable and splashed all over ESPN. I liked it when hardly anyone knew what the spread on a game was...back in the day I felt you could find an underrated team and bet them the whole season because they were a secret. Or you could watch the local papers for injury reports on the QB, read between the lines what the coach says. I am sure there are "snitches" now on every campus getting paid for inside info on the team.
